1. How do I change, add or update the billing information or credit card number to which my subscription is billed?
To update or confirm your credit card information, simply click here.
2. Can I use a debit card to register?
Yes. You can sign up online using your credit or debit card. If you register with a debit card as your primary card, we do suggest that you also register a credit card as a secondary card, in the event that during your billing cycle funds are unavailable from the primary card that was used at time of purchase.
3. Do you allow alternate forms of payment, such as PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is a valid option for subscription purchase.
4. I have a billing question concerning my MLB.com Shop purchase.

5. How do I cancel my MLB.TV or MLB.TV Premium monthly subscription?
All MLB.TV monthly subscriptions are billed once per month. You can cancel your subscription by calling Customer Support toll free in the U.S. at (866) 800-1275 or by sending an e-mail to subscriptions@website.mlb.com.
6. How do I cancel my MLB.TV, MLB.TV Premium or MLB.com Gameday Audio auto-renewal?
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal feature, please contact MLB.com Customer Service by phone (within the US and Canada) at 866-800-1275 or email at subscriptions@website.mlb.com.

7. What is the MLB.com refund policy for MLB.TV, MLB.TV Premium and MLB.com Gameday Audio?
MLB.com will honor any refund request made within the following time periods:
Yearly subscription: 10 days after the later to occur of: (i) your subscription purchase date or (ii) the date you first view or listen to live subscription content.
Monthly subscription: 5 days after the later to occur of: (i) your subscription purchase date or (ii) the date you first view or listen to live subscription content.
Of course, should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you may contact Customer Support toll free in the U.S at (866) 800-1275 or at customerservice@website.mlb.com. If such cancellation occurs outside of the prescribed time periods for a refund set forth above, then your cancellation will be effective as follows:
Yearly subscription: Cancellation of each yearly term after (and not including) the term of the year during which you cancel. NOTE: Each yearly term concludes on February 28 of each subsequent year.
Monthly subscription: Cancellation of every 30-day period after (and not including) the the 30-day period during which you cancel.
In the event that you are an existing customer who purchased an MLB.com subscription product under the terms of a different refund policy, the terms of the policy in place on the date of your purchase will continue to apply to your subscription.
