1. Any suggested revisions to guidelines or changes to fund names or applications must be received at our offices on the appropriate grant application due date.
2. No checks will be released until sufficient funds are on account and recognized by our Finance Department and awards approved by a majority vote of the Board.
3. When grant applications are received after these deadlines, they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee that late applications will be processed on the targeted board date.
4. Each Quarter's Board Meeting will include reviewing the previous quarter's grant requests.
