If you are unable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange your ticket(s) to any future game of your choice. All exchanges are a ticket-for-ticket exchange and cannot be "banked" as a ticket credit.
Each game will fall under one of four different season ticket price tiers; Single, Double, Triple or Home Run.
A ticket may be exchanged at the box office window prior to gates opening for that particular game. For example, if you are exchanging your April 8th tickets they will need to be exchanged before the gates open on April 8th. To exchange tickets over the phone with your personal Season Ticket Services Executive, we request notification of 24-48 hours in advance to ensure that we are able to process your exchange in time.
This program is perfect for tickets that have gone unused for games that have already been played. Rather than disposing of the tickets, you may turn them in to receive comparable seating to another game. Season Ticket Holders are required to choose from a list of pre-determined games. This program is FREE of charge and we will attempt to seat you in the same price level as your season tickets. If there is nothing available in your price level, we will seat you in the next lowest available price level. Please turn in all requests no later than one week prior to the pre-determined game selected from the list.
Trade in as many unused tickets as you would like from games that have already been played. Apply unused tickets towards pre-selected redemption games. You may use the redemption games to entertain clients, enjoy a family day at Chase Field, or put together a group outing!
For Season Ticket Holders, gates will open 2 hours prior to game time for Monday - Thursday and 2½ hours prior to game time for Friday and Saturday games.
For access please use Gate B for Monday - Thursday games and either Gates J and B for Friday and Saturday games.
Sunday games follow regular general public gates of 2 hours prior to game time.
Your commemorative season ticket or MVP Card will be needed for access.
Unfortunately, Season Ticket Service Executives do not have the ability to fill autograph requests. However, guests may seek autographs from the time the gates open until 40 minutes prior to game start on the outfield side of each dugout. We do ask that anyone seeking autographs have consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.
Large bags or items that exceed 11" x 11" x 15" in dimension will not be allowed into the ballpark. Soft coolers ONLY will be authorized as long as they are within the 11" x 11" x 15" requirement. Any food item should be brought in a clear plastic grocery style bag.
Only non-flavored/non-carbonated water in sealed, plastic bottles
Empty, plastic water bottles
Sealed, single-serving juice boxes
No metal or glass containers for food or beverages will be permitted. Thermos containers or those similar in style will not be permitted. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Chase Field.

Children who are 2 or younger do not require a ticket. Children 3 and above will need a ticket for admission to the ballpark.
