Welcome to Turner Field, the spectacular home of the Atlanta Braves. The "Home of the Braves" has become an Atlanta landmark and the benchmark for future baseball park design. Turner Field combines the nostalgia and the atmosphere of old-time baseball with state-of-the-art family entertainment unlike that of any other park.
This Turner Field A-Z Convenience Guide was developed with one goal in mind: to assist our guests in becoming familiar with a facility that is "Not Your Typical Ballpark." Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Turner Field. Guests are requested to provide photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or out of The 755 Club. The sale of alcoholic beverages ends at the bottom of the 7th inning.
ALL STAR SUNDAYS
Sundays are a day for the whole family at Turner Field! Kids Run the Bases takes place every Sunday Braves home game when children ages 4-14 are invited to run the bases after the game. Those interested should line up at the Hank Aaron Ramp located near aisle 129. Members of the KIDS CLUB PRESENTED BY CHICK-FIL-A may line up at aisle 118.
Braves Alumni Sundays are another exciting feature of All Star Sundays at Turner Field. Former Braves Legends are in the fan plaza for autograph sessions prior to first pitch.
ANIMALS
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited. On specified game dates, the Atlanta Braves hold an event where pet owners can bring their dogs to the ballpark. For more information, see BARK IN THE PARK.

ARTWORK IN THE BALLPARK
- ATLANTA-FULTON COUNTY STADIUM HOME OF THE BRAVES DEDICATION - 1966-1996 Series of pictures and captions beginning at the dedication in 1966 until the implosion of the stadium in August of 1997, showing highlights during the thirty years it was the home of the Atlanta Braves.
- FINE ART - Original artwork by artist Michael Kalish is on display on the Terrace Level, entitled "Legends in License Plate," five piece set includes an umpire, batter, pitcher, and fielder made from license plates of Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Georgia, the three states that have been the home of the Braves. . . "Grand Slam" a collection of seven different pieces located in various spots around Turner Field. . . "Three Pennants" by William Alexander, celebrates the Braves' history as a three-time winner of the World Series... "Ball One", Acrylic on Panel is a display of a batter, pitcher and an umpire . . .Between Aisles 128-135 is a show case of team photos starting with the 1966 team until the 2003 team. . . Bart Forbes, a renowned world artist, has fifteen oil paintings displayed in the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum. As the Braves Hall of Fame adds new members each year, new oil paintings will be added to the collection.
- GOLDEN MOON CASINO LEVEL - Throughout the level there are pictures of memorable moments in the history of the Braves in Boston, Milwaukee and Atlanta.
- STATUES - The Hank Aaron, Phil Niekro and Ty Cobb statues from Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium have been relocated to Monument Grove along with the bust of Hank Aaron. In 2003, a statute of Warren Spahn, the winningest pitcher in Braves history, was added to the collection. In 2004, a plaque and a magnolia tree were added to recognize The Atlanta Crackers - the winningest minor league team in professional baseball history.

AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Fans may seek autographs from the time the gates open until one hour prior to game time. PLEASE NOTE: Main Gates open 2 1/2 hours before first pitch. These gates give fans access ONLY to the main plaza and scouts alley. Dugout access for purposes of seeking autographs is not available until 2 hours before first pitch. Fans are allowed, under the direction of the usher staff, to seek autographs from the outfield side of each dugout until the announcement is made one hour prior to game time.
AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE - AAA
As a service to our guests, the AAA Club will provide free emergency road service to any guest parked in the Turner Field parking lots experiencing car trouble during/after all home games. Guests requiring service should raise the hood of their car and see the parking attendant. Please put your 4-way flashers on.

BAGS
Each guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. Bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. See Prohibited Items for more information.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners may not obstruct the view of guests. Banners must be baseball related and may not contain objectionable subject matter or be commercial in nature. Banners may only be hung in areas where they do not obscure advertising or impede the operation of Turner Field. The Braves reserve the right to remove any banner at any time.
(1) Banners and signs must (a) utilize only cloth, paper or other light, flexible materials, rather than be comprised of or supported by wood, metal or other hard materials that could be dangerous in a crowded public setting, (b) not be affixed to or draped over any part of the ballpark structure.
(2) Banners and signs may be displayed only (a) in areas where they do not obscure advertising, ballpark signage or impede the operation of Turner Field, (b) in a stationary manner, (c) so as not to unduly obstruct any person's view of the playing field or interfere with player or umpire sight lines. Only one sign or banner may be displayed at any one location.
(3) Banners and signs may not bear a message that (a) is slanderous, (b) is obscene, vulgar or indecent and inappropriate for viewing by children, (c) contains "fighting words" likely to provoke a breach of the peace or (d) contains commercial advertising or commercial product or service identification.

CAMERAS/CAMCORDERS
All cameras must be hand held and no longer than 5" in length. No tripods or monopods will be permitted. Hand-held video cameras and still cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark, provided no game action is recorded in accordance with Major League Baseball regulations. Please be courteous to those guests around you when taking pictures, the equipment may not obstruct the view of other guests. Camera cases must fit through the bag template and will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark. Tripods and monopods are prohibited.
CELLULAR PHONES & PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted provided they do not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.

CONCESSIONS
A wide variety of food and beverages is available throughout the ballpark at several permanent locations and numerous portable stands. Turner Field includes not only traditional ballpark fare but plenty of foods with Atlanta flavor.
A few of the featured restaurants at Turner Field include:
- The Braves Chop House, located in the Outfield Plaza, is open to all guests and serves a variety of food offerings. This 8,000 square foot casual dining bar and restaurant is a great place to take in the ballgame. Fans may drink and dine at the restaurant, which is terraced to facilitate views of the baseball field.
- The 755 Club, a members-only restaurant and club, is located on the Golden Moon Casino Level at Turner Field. The 755 Club features numerous food options as well as a sports bar. Members can enter from inside the park (Left Field Side, aisle 336) or at the main entrance (755 Lobby entrance). Members are required to show their game ticket for entry. The 755 Club is open all year and available for catered events. For information on membership, call 404-614-2100.
COOLERS
Ice chests or hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Turner Field. Soft-sided coolers - without the plastic liner - are permitted. If you plan to bring a soft-sided cooler into Turner Field, please make sure you have removed the plastic liner. See PROHITED ITEMS for more information.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted at ticket windows, restaurants, concessions and merchandise locations in Turner Field. Credit Cards are not accepted in the parking lots. Cash only.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
Courtesy of ARAMARK, guests who would like to be their group's designated driver can go to the Designated Driver Booth located in the plaza near Aisle 145 to sign up and receive a coupon for a free soda.

Guests may also take MARTA to Braves games by either traveling to the Five Points Station and boarding the shuttle or stopping off at the Georgia State Station and walking to Turner Field. If you have any additional directional questions, please contact us at 404-614-2303.
DISABLED GUESTS
With the help of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) consultant, Turner Field was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for all guests. Turner Field provides services and amenities specifically for the disabled fan. These include disabled parking, elevators and escalators, courtesy rides, wheelchair seating, accessible restrooms, signage in Braille, lowered concession counters, drinking fountains, and a specific ticket window.
For more information on ticket availability and pricing for disabled seating, please call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. You will be prompted by an automated system which will give you several options. After the options have been listed, please say, "It's something else". You will then be given another set of options. Please say, "None of these". You will then be placed in the queue to speak with a Ticketmaster Representative who can assist you with purchasing disabled seating.
Special transportation from the Braves parking lots can be requested. For a courtesy cart ride from the Braves parking lots to the gates, please notify the parking attendant. A complimentary Wheelchair Service is also offered once guests arrive at the Turner Field gates. Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their seats or other areas within the ballpark. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can notify a Braves representative or contact Guest Relations at 404-614-2481. Disability parking is available in the Green Lot.
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS
All of the following are expressly prohibited on the private property of Turner Field or in the parking areas that surround it:
- Distribution of leaflets or other printed material.
- Distribution of products or performing of services, whether for a consideration or free.
- Taking surveys or otherwise interfering with the free movement of guests.

The Atlanta Braves help non-profit organizations raise money by donating autographed memorabilia that can be used for auctions and/or raffles. Interested organizations should mail a letter (on letterhead) to:

ELEVATORS
Five elevators are conveniently located throughout the ballpark to service guests. Additionally, there is one press elevator and two freight elevators. The press elevator is specifically for the use of the press and Braves officials and restricted from public use. We ask that guests be courteous when using the elevators at Turner Field and that priority is given to disabled and elderly guests.

ENTERTAINMENT TEAMS
- HEAVY HITTERS - This team of talented drummers perform their drum line every weekend in the Plaza before and after the game. Members of the Heavy Hitters also handle the Big Drum in Center Field during the game leading cheers and rallies.
- TOMAHAWK TEAM - These cheerful performers in Braves jerseys provide fans with a fun-filled day at the ballpark. Whether it's singing "Happy Birthday", handing out goodies or starting a cheering section, these performers are sure to entertain and amuse guests of all ages.

EXIT/RE-ENTRY
Guests are not allowed to leave Turner Field and return on the same ticket. This extends to all Braves parking. No re-entry is allowed.

Fans interested in writing to a specific player or seeking player autographs must solicit players directly. Fans should include a self-addressed envelope with postage paid. Please keep in mind that items sent are done so at your own risk. Players receive a tremendous amount of fan mail, and we cannot guarantee a response. FIRST AID
First aid stations are located on the Field Level (Aisle 146), Terrace Level (Aisle 211), Golden Moon Casino Level (Aisle 311) and Upper Level (Aisle 409). Each location is staffed with medical personnel. If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest Braves personnel or proceed to the nearest location.
FOUL BALLS
Guests are welcome to keep any foul balls hit into the stands. Please do not interfere with a ball in play, especially those guests sitting at field level. Major League Baseball rules call for the ejection of guests that interfere with a ball in play. Fans may take their souvenir foul balls to the Guest Relations window located at Aisle 146 and receive their "Grandstand Fielder" certificate.

Because of Major League Baseball television agreements with ESPN and FOX, the starting times of some games are tentative and subject to change. Time changes can potentially occur up to 10 days prior to a scheduled game date. Guests should be advised that game tickets will be honored on the game date listed regardless of the time change. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Guests should be aware of this possibility. Visit braves.com or check other media outlets for the time changes that may occur.

Main gates (Plaza, Museum & Guest Relations gates): 2 1/2 hours prior to game time.
Bowl Seating gates: 2 hours prior to game time.

GRASS PLAYING FIELD
Approximately 110,000 square feet of sod (Tifton 419 Hybrid Bermudagrass) covers the playing field. The sod lies on top of 14" of sand (90% sand and 10% sod). The drainage system lays at the bottom of the sand on top of a 110,000 sq ft plastic liner which allows them to remove 120,000 gallons of water per hour. Depending upon the weather, the turf will be watered every day through a system of 60 sprinkler heads and mowed every day. The turf for field repairs is grown in an area below the scoreboard beyond the center field wall.

Groups of 20 or more receive special discounted pricing and recognition on the Turner Field Tomahawk LED Board during the game. Turner Field offers several group hospitality options including pregame meeting rooms and patio space, private and party suites, and All You Can Eat group discount offerings.
GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with the fun, family atmosphere that should prevail at Turner Field and the Turner Field experience, including but not limited to: interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game; using foul or abusive language or gestures; appearing to be in a drunken or diminished capacity; failure to produce a ticket on request or sitting in a seat which is not ticketed; possession of balloons, beach balls, nets or laser pointers; interfering with a ball in play; and throwing objects on or entering the playing field. Violators may be subject to ejection and possible arrest.

Located at Aisle 146 and on the Upper Level (aisles 420 and 435), Guest Relations is staffed with knowledgeable representatives who will assist you with questions, concerns and requests for information. The location at Aisle 146 is staffed before, during and after the game.

Established in 1999, it honors those players, managers, coaches, and other individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the Braves franchise. HOME RUN SPECTACULAR
Inside the ballpark, fans are prompted to do the tomahawk chop by the 27-foot long "chopping" neon tomahawk located atop BravesVision as well as by the 40-foot tall, 15,000 pound Chick-Fil-A chopping cow in left field.

KIDS
- TICKETS - Children age two and under may be admitted to Braves games without a ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children three and above require a ticket.
-ALL-STAR KIDS PARTIES - Let the pregame fun begin at Turner Field - the perfect setting for a child's birthday, Little League outing or school class party. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday children 12 and younger can celebrate at the All-Star Party room when purchasing in advance a minimum of 20 tickets. Attendees will be treated to a Braves goodie bag, Turner Field cake, Cracker Jacks, soda, and water. To reserve a date, please call 404-577-9100.
- BABY-CHANGING TABLES - Baby-changing tables are available in all restrooms at Turner Field.
- CARTOON NETWORK'S TOONER FIELD - Tooner Field is a climate-controlled area specifically designed for kids and their families. This area features interactive games, Karaoke, and two outdoor baseball fields.
- SKY FIELD - A 22,000 square foot fan attraction that sits atop the outfield roof at Turner Field and features a pavilion with picnic tables and a base path for kids.
- EAST & WEST PAVILIONS - Located just inside the main Turner Field gates, the East and West Pavilions feature unique food and games, providing much to see and do for those fans who arrive early to the ballpark. The East Pavilion houses interactive experiences, such as Tooner Field at Cartoon Network. At the West Pavilion, fans will find concession stands that feature ballpark favorites and BBQ. Also located at the West Pavilion are games where fans can test their hitting and pitching skills.
- KIDS TAKE THE FIELD - Kids 14 and under are chosen randomly to participate on Sundays for this unique experience. Nine lucky youngsters will be introduced pre-game by PA announcer Casey Motter and stand on the field and receive autographs from the nine Braves starters.
- KIDS RUN THE BASES PRESENTED BY CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA - On Sundays, kids ages 4 to 14 are invited onto the field after the game to run the bases just like a professional ballplayer.
- SCOUTS ALLEY - Scouts Alley is located near the West Pavilion of the Grand Entry Plaza behind the lower left field seats and features interactive games for guests of all ages. These interactive games include 2 speed pitch games (Throwing Heat and In Control) and two hitting games (Pro Batter and Pro Batter Jr.). In order to take advantage of these interactive games, guests will need to purchase tokens from one of the several token booths located in Scouts Alley.

MONUMENT GROVE
Adjacent to the Grand Entry Plaza on the north side are the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum and Hall of Fame, Braves ticket windows, and a non-ticketed, free-to-the-public area called Monument Grove. The Hank Aaron, Phil Niekro and Ty Cobb statues from Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium have been relocated to Monument Grove along with the bust of Hank Aaron. In 2003, a statue of Warren Spahn, the winningest pitcher in Braves history, was added to the collection. Trees, park benches and picnic tables are scattered throughout the Grove, an ideal meeting place for fans and friends. Additional attractions include the retired number statues of the six players in Braves history to have been given that honor - Warren Spahn, Eddie Mathews, Hank Aaron, Phil Niekro, Jackie Robinson and Dale Murphy. Monument Grove is also home to the Braves' Walk of Fame located in front of the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum and Hall of Fame.
MUSEUM
The Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum & Hall of Fame (BMHF) features more than 600 Braves artifacts and photographs that trace the team's history from its beginnings in Boston (1871-1952) to Milwaukee (1953-65) to Atlanta (1966-present). Some of the museum's artifacts include Hank Aaron's 715th home run bat and ball, Warren Spahn's Cy Young Award and Purple Heart, Dale Murphy's two MVP Awards, Sid Bream's knee brace from his historic slide home in 1992, and the Braves 1995 World Series trophy.
The museum opens to game day ticket holders 2 ½ hours before each game until the middle of the seventh inning. Admission to the museum during games is one token ($2). PARKING
There are a number of parking lots surrounding Turner Field for preferred, pre-paid and cash customers. It is recommended that guests arrive early and park in the first lot available to them. Guests should also check braves.com for parking updates in the Turner Field area. The Green Lot opens at 8 a.m. on game days and other lots open 3 hours before game time. All parking lots close four hours after conclusion of game. No overnight parking is allowed per Major League Baseball rules and policies.
- BUS, LIMOUSINE, & ALL OTHER OVERSIZED VEHICHLE parking is available in the Grey Lot (via Pryor Street) only.
- DIAMOND PREFERRED, a valet assist program, is available on a pre-paid limited first come, first served basis in the Green Lot. Interested guests may contact the Client Services Office at (404) 577-9100 for further information.
- HANDICAPPED PARKING is available in the Green Lot located off Hank Aaron Drive, across the street from Turner Field, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only vehicles with a valid, state issued disabled parking permit or license plate will be permitted to park in the disabled spaces.
- PREMIUM PARKING customers who drive a Lexus are allowed to gain entry to the Lexus parking lot located inside the Gold Lot using their designated parking pass or cash. There are no assigned parking spots within the lot.
- PRE-PAID PARKING customers should use their designated parking ticket to gain entry to a parking lot. There is limited cash parking within these lots.
- CREDIT CARD POLICY - Credit Cards are not accepted at any of the Turner Field Parking Lots.
The Turner Field parking lots are managed by Imperial Parking.
PITCH COUNTS
Pitch counts for each pitcher are shown on the digital board along the left field wall. Pitch counts are shown for the specific pitcher who is pitching at that time.
PLAZA
The most unique feature of Turner Field is the Grand Entry Plaza located on the north end of the ballpark. The Plaza is a ticketed entertainment/concession area consisting of two food and game-filled pavilions, Scouts Alley, and Cartoon Network's Tooner Field all aimed at encouraging fans to come early to Braves games and to enjoy perhaps the most unique experience in all of baseball. A 100-foot diameter photograph of Hank Aaron's actual 715th home run ball dominates the Plaza-side scoreboard and provides a popular backdrop for photographs in the Plaza.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure the safety of our guests, the following items are prohibited from being brought into Turner Field: alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs; aluminum cans, glass bottles, bota bags or wineskins; bags exceeding 16"x16"x8"; ice chests or hard sided coolers; camera lenses exceeding 5 inches; camera tri, dual or single leg pods by non-media personnel; folding chairs or tables or devices used as such; sticks, clubs (including signs attached to sticks) or full size brooms; fireworks, firearms or other weapons; bullhorns, noise makers or confetti; framed or oversized backpacks; and balloons, beachballs and other inflatable items.
Food, drinks (non-glass, non-aluminum) and soft-sided coolers (with the plastic liner removed) ARE permitted.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION / MARTA
The MARTA pickup and drop-off point is located on Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. at Pollard Blvd. MARTA operates bus shuttle service 90 minutes before game time and continues every 15 minutes until one hour after the conclusion of the game. RAIN DELAYS
The right to postpone the playing of a game is vested in the home club with the exception of the final series between two clubs, at which time the responsibility shifts to the Umpire-in-Chief. Once a game has started, the Umpire-in-Chief determines if a game should be suspended, when it can be resumed or if it should be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game has been temporarily suspended, umpires must wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game. During rain delays, updates are given through PA announcements and messages on the BravesVision video board. For more information, see RAINOUT POLICY under TICKET INFORMATION.
RESTROOMS
A total of 62 restrooms (30 men's and 32 women's) are conveniently located throughout the park: Field Level, Terrace Level, Golden Moon Casino Level and Upper Level.
RETIRED NUMBERS
The retired numbers of Dale Murphy (3), Warren Spahn (21), Phil Niekro (35), Eddie Mathews (41), Hank Aaron (44) and Jackie Robinson (42) are displayed in Monument Grove.
RISKS OF BASEBALL
Guests assume all risks and dangers inherent in and incidental to attending a baseball game, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual play, including but not limited to injury from thrown or batted balls, thrown bats or fragments thereof and spectators' conduct. Accordingly, neither The Braves nor their opponent nor any of their respective players nor the City of Atlanta nor their respective employees, independent contractors and agents shall in any way be liable therefore. Guests must be vigilant at all times and must recognize the many elements that can distract their attention from the game, including but not limited to the video boards and scoreboards and the activities of the Braves Tomahawk Team and others.

SEATS
All seats are angled toward the infield by a combination of bowl geometry and redirected seating. The blue seats complement the steel and brick. A substantial number of seats are equipped with cup holders.
Aisles beginning with even numbers will be on the 3rd base and left field side and aisles beginning with odd numbers will be on the 1st base and right field side.
SMOKING
Turner Field is primarily a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. As shown on the ballpark directory and maps, these areas include certain entryways, stairwells and landings. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses, Plaza, restrooms and in all premium seating areas.
SPECIAL EVENTS

STAIRS
For the convenience of our guests, numerous stairways exist in Turner Field. Guests may use the stairways to gain access to the Golden Moon Casino and Terrace Levels from the Main Concourse or when exiting the ballpark.
STROLLERS
Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat during the game. If you have a stroller that does not fold up, please check it at Guest Relations located at Aisle 146 on the Plaza Level.
SUITES
Luxurious Suites are located on the Golden Moon Casino Level and offer the perfect platform for both business and pleasure. A total of 59 Private and Party Suites can accommodate 16-46 people. Inside the Suites, guests are treated to state-of-the-art amenities including upscale catering, comfortable seating and furnishings that carry a distinct baseball flavor.
SUNTRUST CLUB
Offering the closest seat in all of baseball, The SunTrust Club opened at the beginning of the 2008 season. Tailgating is permitted in the official Turner Field parking areas. Grilling is permitted in the grassy area only, and you must have something to extinguish the coals.
Due to safety concerns, tents of any kind cannot be set up in any of the Braves parking lots.

Children age two (2) and under may be admitted to Braves games without a ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three (3) and above require a ticket.
- IN PERSON: The Turner Field Ticket Office windows are open from the date that individual game tickets go on sale until the last home game of each season. Ticket windows are located at the northwest corner of the ballpark in Monument Grove off of RDA Blvd. The hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday through Friday: 8:30am until 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am until 5:00pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm until 5:00pm
The outside ticket windows will also be open during home games until the end of the 6th inning.
- IN-GAME: Ticket windows are located inside the ballpark at Aisles 140-142 in Scouts Alley. These ticket windows are open until 30 minutes after each home game.
- LOST/STOLEN TICKETS - Season Ticket Holders may have their lost/stolen tickets reprinted by contacting their Client Services Representative or by stopping by the 755 Club Ticket Services lobby upon arrival to Turner Field. The account holder of record must be present to make the request and the Ticket Services staff must verify that the original tickets have not entered the ballpark at the time of the request. If the tickets have been used and are already inside the ballpark, the customer will be required to purchase new tickets, subject to availability. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster (online, phone, retail outlet) you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service @ 800-653-8000. Unfortunately lost/stolen or forgotten parking passes cannot be verified, therefore under no circumstances will parking passes be reprinted or reissued.
- OFFICIAL GAME - A game becomes official after 4 1/2 innings, if the Braves lead. Otherwise, five full innings must be completed before it is considered a regulation game.
- RAINOUT POLICY - If a game that is legal under Major League Baseball rules is not played on date on the game ticket, the following will apply: If less than 5 innings of a game (4 1/2 if the Braves are ahead) are played, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and may be exchanged at the Turner Field ticket windows or by mail for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets. In the event the second game of a double header is rained out there is no rain check. There are no rain checks or refunds for parking.
- RE-ENTRY - There is a no re-entry policy in effect at Turner Field.
- RESERVATION TICKETS - (See WILL CALL)
- SCALPING - Tickets may not be resold within 2700 feet of the Turner Field Ticket Office nor in any of the parking areas that surround it and tickets associated with such transactions are subject to confiscation. Individuals engaged in scalping tickets may be subject to arrest. Guests are warned, in many cases, tickets offered for sale by scalpers are misrepresented or stolen.
- SKYLINE ($1) TICKETS - The Braves are proud to offer a limited number of $1 tickets for every home game! These tickets go on sale 2-1/2 hours prior to each home game and are available for purchase at the Ticket Office window located next to the Museum entrance in Monument Grove. There is a strict one (1) ticket per person limit, and you must enter the ballpark immediately after purchasing your ticket. $1 tickets can only be paid for with cash. $1 tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and cannot be purchased or reserved in advance. $1 tickets are located in Sections 422L and 437R.

TOMAHAWK CHOP
Inside the ballpark, fans are prompted to do the tomahawk chop by the 27-foot long "chopping" neon tomahawk located atop the video board and also by the 40-foot tall, 15,000-pound Chick-fil-A chopping cow.
TOURS OF TURNER FIELD
Guided tours of Turner Field are offered year-round and begin and end in the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame. Depending on the demands of stadium operations, tours take visitors to many areas off-limits during games, including Sky Field, a luxury suite, the press box, broadcast booth, clubhouse (locker room), dugout, and the SunTrust Club.
During the baseball season (April - September), tours are offered Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Sundays from 1-3 p.m. There are no tours on days when a day game is played.
During the off-season (October-March), tours are offered Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tours start at the top of each hour and last approximately one hour. Individual tour tickets can be purchased the day of your tour at the main ticket window. Advance tickets are only available to groups of 20 or more by calling (404) 614-2311.
Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $7 for children 13 and under. Groups of 20 or more are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Free parking is available in the Green Lot; however, if guests plan to take a tour on a game day and stay through the game, they will be asked to pay to park.
TURNER FIELD EXPERIENCES - LOCATED IN MONUMENT GROVE, PLAZA AND SCOUTS ALLEY
The most unique feature of Turner Field is the Grand Entry Plaza located on the north end of the ballpark. Once inside, there are the East and West Pavilions which feature unique foods and games. This area features a huge video screen that shows the Braves game, Cartoon Network kids area, a retail store and a variety of concession stands. It opens 2 1/2 hours prior to games so fans can watch batting practice. Scouts Alley is located near the West Pavilion.
- BULLPENS - Guests have the chance to view both bullpens and watch pitchers from both teams warm up.
- ENTRY PLAZA - The main entry to Turner Field was built after 35,000 seats and part of the track and field complex of the Olympic Stadium were removed. The plaza features a huge video screen that shows the Braves game, Cartoon Network kids area, a retail store and a variety of concession stands.
- INTERACTIVE GAMES OF BASEBALL - Guests can play Big Hitters and try Power Pitcher, In Control or Throwin' Heat in the unique Turner Field interactive games area located in Scouts Alley and East & West Pavilions near the Main Gate entrance.
- WALK OF FAME - Located outside the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame in Monument Grove, it features bronze plaques of all the members of the Braves Hall of Fame.

VIDEO BOARD
The BravesVision video display board in center field is the largest and tallest high definition video display in any stadium in the world. It is 71 feet and 4 inches by 78 feet and 8 inches, weighs nearly 49 tons and features over 5,222,000 individual Light Emitting Diodes. It was designed for maximum viewing from all angles of Turner Field and integrates live video, scoring information and animations onto a single full-color screen to display game content in vivid detail. The PlazaVision board in the Fan Plaza is 15 feet and nine inches by 28 feet and four inches. A LED fascia video display wraps around Turner Field between the Golden Moon Casino and Upper levels. The 1,085 feet by 42 inches display interacts with the massive high-definition board, but also features its own video, graphics, animation, game information and advertising.

WATER FOUNTAINS
Forty-two water stations are dispersed throughout the ballpark. Most stations are wheelchair-accessible.
WHEELCHAIR SERVICES
A complimentary Wheelchair Service is available for guests of Turner Field. Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their seats or other areas within the ballpark. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can notify a Braves representative or contact Guest Relations at 404-614-2481.
WILL CALL
Will Call windows are located in Monument Grove, adjacent to the Guest Relations entry gate and next to the ticket windows. Will Call opens three (3) hours prior to all home games and closes at the end of the 6th inning. Will Call is then moved to the receptionist desk inside of the 755 Club until the end of the game. Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license. Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received. Guests may also leave tickets at the will call windows for third party pick up (see Will Call drop off)
Save time and avoid Will-Call lines! The Braves have five (5) kiosks that can be used to pick up tickets that are purchased with the will call option via Ticketmaster. Just swipe the credit card that was used to make the purchase and your tickets will print out immediately. The kiosks are adjacent to the will call windows, next to the Guest Relations entry gate.
WILL CALL DROP OFF
This Service will be available to all individuals possessing valid tickets. Please take a moment to review the following procedures:
- Guests wishing to drop off tickets may do so at the Ticket Office Drop Off window, located within the will call area. Tickets for future games may also be dropped off at this window.
- Guests dropping off tickets will be asked to complete a ticket envelope by providing the following information: (i) the first and last name of the person who is to receive the ticket(s); (ii) the game date; and (iii) the number of tickets.
- Prior to submitting the ticket envelope, guests will be required to print and sign their name on the front of the envelope. Will Call personnel will then log the drop off and deliver the envelope to the appropriate lettered window, where other parties may pick up the tickets.
- Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license. Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received.
