Atlanta Braves Community Foundations
The Atlanta Braves Foundation is the non-profit arm of the Atlanta Braves that actively supports community organizations and their programs within the metro Atlanta area. Since its inception in 1992, the Atlanta Braves Foundation has provided support to thousands of metro Atlanta-based organizations and has annually contributed more than $2.7 million in financial and in-kind assistance to the community. Through the generous support of Braves players, employees, sponsors and fans, the Atlanta Braves Foundation continuously strives to make a positive impact in our community.

Braves Foundation Grants Program
The Atlanta Braves Foundation provides monetary grants to organizations that aid children in the areas of education, recreation and health. Since its inception in 1992, the Braves Foundation has provided support to thousands of metro Atlanta-based organizations and has contributed more than $3.0 million in financial and in-kind assistance to the community.More »

Pinch Hitter Fund
In an effort to promote interest and participation in youth baseball and softball, the Atlanta Braves Foundation has introduced a grant program called the "Pinch Hitter" Fund. This fund has been established to alleviate unforeseen expenses and help youth baseball and softball organizations in dire need by providing relief for lost or stolen equipment, damaged facilities or for uniform and equipment shortages. Atlanta Braves Foundation Golf Classic
The second annual Atlanta Braves Foundation Golf Classic teed off Thursday, June 21, 2007 at East Lake Golf Club and raised $150,000 to support the Atlanta Braves Foundation's youth outreach efforts and numerous charitable causes throughout the metro Atlanta community. More »

Atlanta Braves Foundation Weekend
A three-day sports memorabilia sale, Atlanta Braves Foundation Weekend provides all fans in attendance at the weekend's games with the opportunity to purchase an exciting variety of Braves memorabilia. Funds raised during the event are utilized by the Foundation to support local charitable organizations with grant giving. More »


"Jerseys Off Our Backs" benefiting Piedmont Hospital Transplant Services and the Atlanta Braves Foundation
Atlanta Braves players and manager Bobby Cox took the jerseys off their backs on Saturday, June 9, to raise more than $16,000 for the Atlanta Braves Foundation and Piedmont Hospital Transplant Services. Now in its seventh year, the popular Jerseys Off Our Backs fundraiser gives fans the chance to purchase scratch off raffle tickets and win autographed player-worn jerseys after the game.

50/50 Raffle
On specific home dates, the Atlanta Braves offer non-profit organizations in the metro Atlanta area the opportunity to raise money for their charity. Groups sell raffle tickets from the time gates open until the end of the second inning. Proceeds are split between the winner of the raffle, the non-profit organization and the Atlanta Braves Foundation. For more information, contact Community Affairs at 404-494-1020.

Silent Auction
Throughout every home game, fans have the opportunity to bid on autographed memorabilia from current and former Braves, members of the visiting team, and/or other professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, or NHL. The auctions are located in the plaza (in front of Tooner Field) and the Terrace Level (by Aisle 202) inside Turner Field. Bidding takes place from the time the gates open until the end of the third inning and winners are notified via cell phone. All money raised by silent auctions benefit the Atlanta Braves Foundation.

Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless at Turner Field
For the tenth consecutive year, the Braves Foundation has partnered with Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless (HFTH) to offer assistance to those in need. More than 70,000 people are served annually through HFTH events held at Turner Field on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. More »
