The second annual Atlanta Braves Foundation Golf Classic teed off Thursday, June 21, at East Lake Golf Club and raised $150,000 to support the Atlanta Braves Foundation’s youth outreach efforts and numerous charitable causes throughout the metro Atlanta community.

Celebrity participants included Jeff Francoeur, Kyle Davies, Tyler Yates, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Terry McGuirk, John Schuerholz, Roger McDowell, Glenn Hubbard, Brian Snitker, Chino Cadahia, Mark Lemke, Charlie Liebrandt, Pete Smith, Marty Perez, Brad Clontz, Zane Smith, Jay Howell, Jeff Treadway, and Joe Simpson.

The Atlanta Braves Foundation donated proceeds from the second annual Golf Classic to 18 metro Atlanta charitable organizations through the Foundation’s Grants Program in September 2007.
