Reach Out, Be Our Guest

Each season Atlanta Braves players, coaches and A+ List Members provide complimentary Braves tickets to non-profit, community-based organizations through the Reach Out, Be Our Guest initiative.

Reach Out, Be Our Guest provides access to Braves games to organizations that would otherwise not have the resources or opportunity to attend a professional baseball game.

Braves players and coaches donate tickets for children and grant them the opportunity to attend a Major League Baseball game for the first time.

To request tickets through the Reach Out, Be Our Guest program, please review our program guidelines below and submit an online application.

Reach Out, Be Our Guest Ticket Donation Guidelines and Procedures


  • 501 (c) (3) non-profit and community organizations that do not have the resources to attend an Atlanta Braves game.
  • Each group may apply for as many as six (6) games per season.
  • There is no guarantee that any game will be awarded.
  • Submit online ticket request form and proof of Federal 501 © (3) non-profit status.


  • Tickets must be used for the purpose outlined in the ticket request form
  • Donated tickets must strictly be used for the beneficiaries of the organization and cannot be used for raffle or fundraising purposes. If you are interested in a donation for charity event, please visit
  • Re-selling or misuse of donated tickets will result in permanent disqualification from the program. Your organization will be held directly responsible for any re-selling or misuse of tickets. It is your responsibility to communicate this policy to all of your tickets recipients.
  • Attendance is monitored and groups that do not meet a 75% redemption rate will have future ticket allotments decreased.
  • Once tickets are awarded, they cannot be exchanged for a different game.
  • In the event the tickets are lost, they will not be replaced.
  • Organizations unable to utilize their tickets must notify the Braves Foundation at least one (1) week prior to the game via email at Failure to notify the Braves Foundation of cancelled tickets will affect future ticket allotments.
  • Inclement weather is not an excused absence. If the game occurs, we expect the organizations to utilize the tickets requested.
  • Each organization representative and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the donated tickets. The Atlanta Braves reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any donated ticket recipients who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game.
  • After attending a game, we request that organizations give the Atlanta Braves recognition in their websites or newsletter, and submit pictures and thank you letters, addressed to the Atlanta Braves Foundation and mailed to: Atlanta Braves, Community Affairs/Reach Out, 755 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, GA 30315.
  • If you submit a picture or thank you letter, you represent and warrant that you have permission from any third parties named or pictured therein and acknowledge that the Braves have the right but not the obligation to use the picture and/or thank you letter in all media for any purpose without notice or liability to you.

Ticket Requests:

  • Organizations may apply for up to six (6) games during the 2016 season.
  • Tickets to the following games will NOT be available through the Reach Out, Be Our Guest Program:
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals (April 4)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Chicago Cubs (June 10-11)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. New York Mets (June 25)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Miami Marlins (July 2)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Colorado Rockies (July 16)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies (July 30)
    • Atlanta Braves vs. Detroit Tigers (October 1-2)
  • Please specify the number of tickets the organization will use per game.
  • Due to the high demand, requests submitted for Friday and Saturday games are NOT guaranteed. We recommend selecting games on Sunday through Thursday.
  • Additional tickets are unable to be added to your ticket request once it is submitted.
  • Allow 4-5 weeks after submitting a ticket request to receive a ticket confirmation email which will include ticket pick-up information.
  • Parking is NOT provided with ticket requests. It will be the responsibility of the organization to ensure parking for all participants attending a game.
  • This program provides tickets ONLY. This program does not provide food, drinks, player visits, mascot visits, or autographs.

Ticket Pickup:

  • A ticket confirmation email and photo ID must be presented to pick up tickets.
  • Tickets are available for pick up at the Turner Field 755 Club Lobby, Ticket Services Window Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • If your selected game is on a weekend, you may pick up the tickets at the Will Call window.
  • Tickets will NOT be mailed. NO Exceptions.
