Season Ticket Holder News
Dear Braves Season Ticket Holder,
We are less than 30 days from opening the Turner Field gates once again and welcoming our best Atlanta Braves fans back for the 2013 season! In preparation for Opening Day, please view the important information below regarding the management of your Season Tickets.
We know that you have been anxious to begin managing your 2013 Braves Season Tickets online and the time is almost here! Beginning tomorrow, March 6th at 10am, you will have access to all game tickets and parking passes in your plan as well as additional single-game ticket purchases that you have made. Please note that paper Season Ticket Holders will be receiving printed Season Tickets as well as printed individual game tickets that you may have purchased. For each event, you will have the following options:
Ticket Forwarding - Your Braves Online Account Manager allows you to electronically transfer tickets to a guest using just the recipient's email address. This convenient service is FREE for all Braves Season Ticket Holders, both FanPass (digital) and Paper ticket holders. Please visit to watch helpful tutorials and view Frequently Asked Questions on ticket forwarding.*
Ticket Resale - Our partnership with StubHub allows you to resell game tickets and parking that you cannot use. For each event, you can choose the "sell" option and you will be linked directly to StubHub's website to create a listing. If you don't already have a StubHub account, you can create one by visiting and selecting "Register." Be sure to use the same email address that is on file for your Braves Account.*
Ticket Exchanges - One of your most valuable benefits of being a Season Ticket Holder is the ability to exchange tickets up to 24 hours before the game is played. Ticket exchange requests will be accepted starting tomorrow morning and detailed information about exchange instructions can be found at Please select the tab that corresponds to your account type, FanPass (digital) or Paper Tickets, to view the appropriate information.
Please note that if you print a copy of your tickets, forward them to a guest, or resell them, your original tickets will no longer be valid.
*If you are signed up for the Braves Payment Plan, there are some events in your account that are not paid for and therefore cannot be forwarded or resold at this time. Once your final installment is paid for, all events will be available. If you would like to pay off the balance of your invoice, please contact me directly.
For accounts that have paper tickets, the estimated ship date from our printer is Monday, March 18th. You will receive an email with tracking information when the tickets are shipped. Please notify me of any change in address as soon as possible to prevent delays in delivery.
If you have any questions about this information, please feel free to contact me.
