Jim Pendleton
Jim Pendleton was born on Jan. 7, 1924, in St. Charles, Missouri. He signed with the Brooklyn Dodgers as an amateur free agent in 1949. Pendleton broke into the big leagues on April 17, 1953, with the Milwaukee Braves. Jim died on March 20, 1996 in Houston, Texas.
