Did you have a last-minute engagement that caused you to miss a game in your A List Membership ticket plan? We are pleased to offer the Unused Ticket Redemption program for the final season at Turner Field! This program allows you to receive new tickets at a deeply-discounted rate of $5 per ticket for any tickets that went unused during the season. Tickets can be purchased at this $5 rate for any Sunday through Thursday game in August and September (October games excluded). Tickets are subject to availability in the Field View, Terrace View, Outfield, Club Pavilion, or Upper Box sections.

Your replacement tickets will be added to your online Braves account upon completion.
If you have paper tickets, simply mail your tickets to your Membership Service Representative at the Atlanta Braves, 755 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, GA 30315. Please include a letter that includes the following information:
Unused tickets can also be returned in-person at the A List Clubhouse during a Braves game, or at the Ticket Services windows in the 755 Club Lobby during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am-5 pm.
