Full payment is due upon reservation, 90% of your package price is refundable up until 60 days prior to your scheduled trip. Packages booked within 60 days of scheduled trip require full payment upon reservation and are non refundable. All payments are final and non-refundable within 60 days of a scheduled trip. Payments must be made in the form of cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Buyer's authorization to use credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates Buyer's complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms the reservation. If payments are not received by the due dates, the event services to be provided may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of Red Sox Destinations and any payments to date will be forfeited.
A pre-departure itinerary package, including all tickets to scheduled events, hotel reservation numbers, and other general information, is sent via UPS at least two weeks prior to departure. Please note an additional charge will apply to ship documents to Canada or any address outside the United States. Upon arrival and check-in at the hotel, a welcome package will be provided and include any t-shirts, baseballs and other general merchandise included in purchased package. For non-hotel packages Red Sox Destinations will make a reasonable attempt to ship these documents prior to departure. If Red Sox Destinations cannot ship the welcome package prior to departure all materials will be available for pickup from a Red Sox Destinations representative at the scheduled Post-Game BBQ Event of the trip. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to arrange the pickup of these materials with a Red Sox Destinations representative.
Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover incidental hotel charges. Participants are individually responsible for all incidental charges. All incidental charges are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant upon check-out. Guest requests for specific room types, including smoking, non-smoking, or specific bedding, are subject to availability at time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Any changes made to a reservation by the participant, including but not limited to additional nights, are the sole responsibility of the participant and are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant upon check-out.
Included are all presently known government and local taxes on included services.
Any physical disability that may require special attention or treatment must be reported in writing when the reservation is requested so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Red Sox Destinations obtains tickets for events in various forms at different time periods. Red Sox Destinations is not necessarily in physical possession of admission tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. Red Sox Destinations will be acquiring event tickets on the Buyer's behalf. Tickets cannot be guaranteed together in quantities greater than four (4), odd numbers, specific rows or sections.
For all packages which include a Hertz rental car, any and all additional charges, including, but not limited to, vehicle upgrades, fuel charges, elected insurance and additional drivers, are the sole responsibility of the participant. Following the trip, any incurred charges will be applied to the participant by Red Sox Destinations. All Hertz reservations are based on 24 hour increments. Rentals returned late will be subject to additional charges, which as indicated above are the sole responsibility of the participant.
For cancellations made 60+ days prior to departure, 90% of the total package price is refundable. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are non-refundable. Red Sox Destinations ("seller") will refund to buyer any deposits paid by buyer not yet utilized by seller to purchase package components, and seller will use its best efforts to obtain refunds for any package components already purchased less any deposits. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions for personal emergencies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Red Sox Destinations ("RSD") is responsible only for arranging and coordinating the transportation, accommodations and other benefits in connection with your trip (the "Trip"). You acknowledge and agree that RSD does not own, operate or otherwise control, and is not an agent for, any of the entities actually providing the transportation, accommodations or other benefits to be provided in connection with the Trip including, without limitation, car rental, air transportation and hotel accommodations, and you hereby release RSD and the members, partners, officers, affiliates, agents, employees and representatives of RSD (the "RSD Parties") from all loss, injury and damage that you or any person traveling with you may suffer during the Trip, and from any property loss or damage that may occur during the Trip including, without limitation, loss or theft of luggage. You further acknowledge and agree that RSD shall not be responsible for, and you assume all risk in connection with, all loss, injury or damage, or any cancellation, delay, or changes to itineraries and schedules, that result from any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, weather, cancellation of baseball games, strikes or labor disputes, or any other reason beyond the control RSD, and in no event shall you be entitled to any refund of any amounts due for the Trip. RSD reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of its Trip or to cancel a Trip completely in its sole discretion. RSD reserves the right to cancel any reservation and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TRIP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE.
