FAQs

What is the minimum or maximum size for a group outing?
A group is considered a minimum of 20 tickets for a game. There is no maximum for a group outing, just based on availability for the game you are selecting.

What time can my group enter Fenway Park?
Groups can enter Fenway Park through any gate when Fenway Park opens at 1 ½ hours before first pitch. We encourage groups to enter through the recommended Gate that is listed on your game ticket.

Where do you recommend my group to park or to order a Bus Parking pass?
We encourage guests to use public transportation to get to Fenway Park. More information on directions can be found on the Ballpark Directions page. Guests can park vehicles in any of the surrounding lots to Fenway Park. To order a Bus Parking pass please contact your Group Sales Representative or the Group Sales Office at 617-226-6835.

What happens if the game I purchase is postponed and rescheduled for a different date?
If legal game is not replayed or not rescheduled with same ticket valid, the rain check must be exchanged at the Red Sox ticket office in person by the lawful holder or by mail for a ticket of the same price, if available, for any future regularly scheduled game of the current season. If game is rescheduled NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued. The original ticket will be valid for the makeup game.

Where can I go if I need to speak with a Group Sales Representative during the game?
New to 2014 will be a Group Sales Headquarters on the concourse of Fenway Park. This table will be staffed through the 5th inning and will be located near the entrance to Gate C. The representative at this table will be able to help with all of your Group Sales needs! Fans can also go see Fan Accommodations located throughout the stadium.

What age do children require a ticket to enter Fenway Park?
All children 3 and older require a ticket to the game.

My tickets were lost or stolen, what can I do?
Lost tickets can only be replaced if requested by the account holder of record. Tickets will only be reissued to the account holder of record at the discretion of Red Sox management to be picked up day of game at Red Sox Will Call. Under no circumstances will the newly reissued tickets be sent to the account holder. If tickets are stolen the single game ticket account holder of record must provide an official police report including exact seat location and account information to the Boston Red Sox Ticket Office. After review by Red Sox management tickets may be reissued and sent via priority mail to the account holder of record. If game is less than 2 weeks away the tickets will be held at Red Sox Will Call to be picked up day of game by account holder of record. Please contact your Group Sales Representative or the Group Sales office immediately at 617-226-6835.

When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Tickets will begin to be mailed at the end of February. Once your balance is fully paid, tickets will be printed and mailed via USPS to the address provided. All tickets should be received within 5-7 business dates of the payment in full.

Can I leave tickets at Will Call for my guests to pick up?
We do not allow tickets to be dropped off at any Will Call to be picked up by members of your party. We strongly encourage groups to distribute tickets to their guests before game time. If that is not possible, we encourage groups to designate a location outside of Fenway Park to meet and pick up their tickets.

I reserved an area or space for my party at Fenway Park, who can I contact regarding catering for my party?

Can Wally come visit my group?
We do book Wally appearances to visit your group during a game. For more information please contact your Group Sales Representative or the Group Sales office at 617-226-6835 or groupsales@redsox.com.
