    Accessible Access

    The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests with accessible seating available in most seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging at no cost to the Guest.

    Alcohol

    No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park. A wide variety of beverages are available throughout the ballpark.

    Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)

    Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Fan Accommodation Station located behind Sections 119 and 420. Sign language interpreters are available by making advance arrangements at least two weeks prior to the event. Call (513) 765-7052 for more details.

    Ballpark Seats

    Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. We request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended.

    Bottles and Cans

    No bottles or cans or beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park. A wide variety of beverages are available throughout the ballpark.

    Cameras & Video Equipment

    No video recording cameras, professional cameras, cameras with a detachable lens or audio equipment are permitted.

    Carry-In Items

    No carry-in items are permitted.

    All ages require a ticket for entry.

    Concealed Weapons Law

    Great American Ball Park is a county facility and it is illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance in Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance into the ballpark. A permit to carry a concealed weapon issued by this or any other state does not authorize the holder to carry weapons inside the ballpark.

    Directions to Great American Ball Park

    From I-75 southbound:

    • Take the Second Street exit on the left toward DOWNTOWN/RIVERFRONT.
    • Stay on Second Street heading EAST, and the ballpark will be on your right.

    From I-71 southbound:

    • Take the Third Street exit on the left toward DOWNTOWN/RIVERFRONT.
    • Turn LEFT onto Walnut Street.
    • Turn LEFT onto Second Street.

    From US 50 eastbound:

    • Take the Second Street exit on the right toward DOWNTOWN/RIVERFRONT.
    • Stay on Second Street heading EAST, and the ballpark will be on your right.

    From US 50 westbound (Columbia Parkway):

    • Take the Sixth Street exit on the right.
    • Turn LEFT onto Sycamore Street.
    • Turn RIGHT onto Third Street.
    • Turn LEFT onto Walnut Street.
    • Turn LEFT onto Second Street.

    From I-71/I-75 northbound:

    • Take the Second Street exit on your right after crossing the Brent Spence Bridge.
    • Stay on Second Street heading EAST, and the ballpark will be on your right.

    From I-471 northbound:

    • Take the Third Street exit on your right after crossing the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge.
    • Take Third Street to Walnut Street.
    • Turn LEFT onto Walnut Street.
    • Turn LEFT onto Second Street.

    Fan Accommodation Stations

    There are two Fan Accommodation Stations in Great American Ball Park located behind sections 119 and 420. Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist Guests with any questions, comments or concerns.

     

    First Aid Stations (Affiliated with TriHealth Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospitals)
    Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations in the following locations:

    • On the Terrace Level near Sections 125-126.
    • On the Terrace Level near Sections 109-110.
    • On the View Level near Section 411.

    For the protection of our Guests, trained medical personnel will be on duty. Should you have any medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Stations, or ask any member of the Great American Ball Park staff.

    Food

    No food products may be brought into Great American Ball Park. A wide variety of food is available throughout the ballpark.

    Gates open 2 hours prior to event start time.

    Inclement Weather

    All performances go on rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain.

    Inspection Procedures

    All Guests will be subject to metal detection screening upon entering the ballpark. All items are subject to inspection prior to entering or at any time while inside the ballpark.

    Lost and Found

    Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at Fan Accommodation Stations located behind sections 119 and 420 during the event. Afterward, Guests can call Guest Relations at (513) 765-7096 Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the event and then donated to a charitable group. The Cincinnati Reds are not responsible for any items left on premises.

    Lost Children/Missing Persons

    Guests should report a missing person at any Fan Accommodation Station located behind sections 119 and 420 or with any Reds staff member. Guest Relations staff will work closely with the Cincinnati Police and Event Staff to locate the missing individual(s).

    Parking

    The Central Riverfront Garage is under the ballpark and the East Garage is 1 block east of the ballpark. Cost is $20 for both. There are parking lots to the east and west of the ballpark and garages and parking lots uptown starting at Third Street and going north.

    Handicap Parking/Drop Off

    Handicap Parking can be purchased in advanced by contacting the Reds at (513) 765-7400 or by presenting your handicap placard upon entry. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive early to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.

    The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on the east side of Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, on the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.

    Public Transportation

    Queen City Metro can be reached at (513) 621-4455 for schedules and information regarding bus transportation throughout Hamilton County. ACCESS provides transportation throughout Hamilton County for the disabled. Please call (513) 632-7590 for more information.

    Guests seeking bus service to and from Northern Kentucky can contact the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) at (859) 331-8265.

    Re-Entry Policy

    Guests may not re-enter Great American Ball Park unless they have made arrangements with the Guest Relations Staff prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Reds and strictly limited to emergencies only.

    Smoking Policy

    Ohio voters passed issue Number 5, on Nov. 7, 2006, which calls for a smoking ban in public facilities and places of employment under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Thus, Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside of Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are also prohibited. As a courtesy to our guests that smoke, an outdoor area is provided on the West side of the ballpark, near the Fan Zone located behind section 126.

    Taxicabs generally perform their pickups on Joe Nuxhall Way on the west side of Great American Ball Park at the conclusion of the event.

    Texting for Safety and Security

    In the event that you have an issue while at Great American Ball Park and need to reach our Security Staff, you can text "REDS" and your issue to 69050. Security Staff will reply and staff will be dispatched to your area, if needed.

    Wheelchairs

    Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Cincinnati Reds Event Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at Sections 119 and 420 near Gapper's Alley or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409. Our Event Team member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use.

    WI-FI

    A free Wi-Fi hotspot along with charging stations for mobile devices is available in our Reds Connect Zone located behind section 110.

    Will Call

    Will Call is located at the main entrance of Great American Ball Park on the corner of Johnny Bench Way and Joe Nuxhall Way (2nd Street and Main Street). No will call drop-offs will be accepted. Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.
