The April 25th game vs. the Chicago Cubs that was postponed due to rain will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader on Wednesday, July 22. The regularly scheduled game that day will take place at 12:35 p.m. and will be followed by the make-up game at 6:10 p.m. Tickets from the April 25th game will be honored directly at the gate for the 6:10 p.m. game with no exchange necessary.
Please check your ticket for specific rain check instructions. Keep your ticket. It is your rain check and may be exchanged at face value for a 2015 Cincinnati Reds regular season home game (exclusions apply), subject to availability. See below for valid rain check dates. Ticket exchanges are available at Great American Ball Park throughout the regular season in advance of game day only.
If you ordered your tickets online at reds.com or over the phone through Ticketmaster you may contact Ticketmaster customer service at 1-800-745-3000 to exchange your tickets.
Please be aware that you will be required to pay the difference on an exchange if you are exchanging for a game or ticket of a higher price. If you are exchanging a ticket for lesser priced game or ticket no refund of the difference will be given.
Fans holding a ticket with no price printed or tickets with a $0.00 value may use their same tickets for the rescheduled game only with no exchange necessary.
Fans holding tickets purchased through StubHub may use their same tickets for the make-up game with no exchange necessary. Please contact StubHub for more information.

The right to postpone the playing of a game is controlled by the home club with the exception of the final series (that begins on or after June 1) between two clubs, at which time the responsibility shifts to the Umpire-in-Chief. Once a game has started, the Umpire-in-Chief determines if a game should be suspended, when it can be resumed or if it should be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game has been temporarily suspended, umpires must wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game. On days when inclement weather is in the forecast, tune to 700 WLW or check back with reds.com for updates on the game status.
