The 12th anniversary of the Redlegs Run is Saturday, June 1, 2013. All proceeds benefit the Reds Community Fund.

Online registration for the Redlegs Run has ended. You may still register in person at one of the packet pick-up locations listed below or at the race on Saturday, June 1.

Start time:
8 a.m. – Runners and Walkers for 10K and 5K (round 1) – *first 2,000 participants to register & elite runners
8:10 a.m. – Runners and walkers for 5K (round 2) – **remainder of 5K runners/walkers
9:30 a.m. – One Mile Family Run
10:15 a.m. – Gapper's Kids Fun Run

* Your official 5K start time of 8 a.m. or 8:10 a.m. will be printed on your race bib. To help with traffic flow we ask that you start with your assigned group.

** If you are an elite 5K runner, you must be in the 8 a.m. starting group to be eligible for the top three 5K male and top three 5K female awards, as those are based on gun time. All other awards will be given based on chip time.

Course:
10K — The 6.2–mile course starts at Great American Ball Park, winds through downtown and finishes inside the ballpark near home plate.
5K — The 3.1–mile course starts at Great American Ball Park, winds through downtown and finishes inside the ballpark near home plate.
One Mile Family Run — The 1-mile course starts at Great American Ball Park and finishes inside the ballpark near home plate.
Gapper's Kids Fun Run — This course is along the warning track of the ballpark.

Pre-Registration Prices (thru 5/22 at midnight):
  • 10K: $40.00
  • 5K: $30.00
  • One Mile Family Run: $20.00
  • Gapper's Kids Fun Run: $15.00 (limited to kids 10 and younger)

All participants receive a race T-Shirt (technical shirt for 10K participants), post-race party on the Fan Zone and one View Level ticket voucher for the Reds vs. Rockies game on Tuesday, June 4.

Online registration closes May 22nd at 11:59 PM. Race day registration for both 5K and 10K will each increase by $10.

Redlegs Run and Flying Pig "Double Play"

Take part in the "Double Play" by participating in both the Redlegs Run and the Flying Pig 5K. Every "Double Play" participant has the chance to win a unique Reds experience. Click below for more information.

Please note: If you are registering as part of the Redlegs Run/Flying Pig High School Challenge, you MUST use the Individual registration form.
IPICO Tag Timing:

All 5K and 10K participants will be electronically timed. The One Mile Family Run and Gapper's Kids Fun Run are not timed. Tags will be assigned at packet pick-up and verification will occur for those who pre-register.

Packet Pick-Up:
  • Wednesday, May 29: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Great American Ball Park - Outside the Reds Hall of Fame
  • Thursday, May 30: 3-8 p.m. Great American Ball Park - Outside the Reds Hall of Fame
  • Friday, May 31: 12-4 p.m. Great American Ball Park - Outside the Reds Hall of Fame
  • Saturday, June 1 (race morning): 6 a.m. Great American Ball Park - Gate 3, Pete Rose Way
FAQ:
    • Spectators must enter through the main gates of the ballpark at Crosley Terrace (corner of Second Street and Joe Nuxhall Way).
    • Strollers may be used but must be left before entering the ballpark to finish the race.
    • Due to the insurance constraints and location of the finish of the course, dogs are not permitted at the event.
