You can also purchase the memberships at the Fan Club Booth during any home game throughout the season or at the Great American Ballpark front office lobby Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm on non-game days and 9am- 3pm on game days.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

It typically takes 2 weeks for online orders to arrive. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail service.

What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?

Activating your membership gives you access to the full benefits of Reds Rookies and ensures that we have your correct contact information to keep you updated on club news. This is especially important for people who received the membership through a TriHealth hospital.

To activate your membership visit and click "Activate Reds Rookies Membership Kit." Fill out the information requested and submit the form. The activation code that is required is the unique 6 character code in your Reds Rookies voucher booklet.

The ticket voucher can be used by the parents. Children 3 years of age and under do not need a game ticket if they will not be occupying a stadium seat.

How do I redeem the ticket offer?

You can redeem your ticket offer online. Follow the "Redeem Tickets" link on Choose a game date and enter the unique 6 character code from your voucher booklet into the "Offer Code" box. If you are RSVP'ing for multiple members, you will need to go through the process using each code individually.

Does my member get to attend multiple ballpark experiences each season?

You and your member can attend only one of the baby parades and only one of the player/mascot photo sessions per season.

Do I have to pay for any of the ballpark experiences?

Adult participants in the baby parade are required to have a valid game ticket. You do not need a game ticket to attend the player/mascot photo session, but all adult participants are required to pay a $5 Reds Hall of Fame admission fee.

If I am taking my child to a ballpark experience and a sibling, friend, or relative who is not a member wants to attend, is that ok?

We do keep our Reds Rookies experiences exclusive to members only. The immediate family of the child will be able to participate in the parade and photo session, but we must limit it to that.

How do the pregame parades work?

On the day of a baby parade, Reds Rookies members and family/friends are encouraged to enter the ballpark early (gates will open for members before they open to the general public). In the Kroger Fan Zone we have music, sponsor booths, and contests for you to have some fun! About 1 hour prior to the start of the game, we will ask all parade participants to line up, in the Kroger Fan Zone and we will lead you onto the field. You will be able to walk around the warning track with your child as fans in the stands look on. After the parade, we will lead you back to the Kroger Fan Zone to head to your seats to enjoy the game.
