High Achievers: Registration

Cleveland Indians Outfielder Grady Sizemore would like to welcome you to the official 2012 Cleveland Indians High Achievers program!

The High Achievers program rewards students for good grades and reading. Maintain A's and B's (or satisfactory/passing depending on your school's grading structure) and read 3 or more books and you'll receive tickets to select Indians home games in 2012. To register, please fill out the form below. A membership packet will be mailed out within 4-5 weeks.

Membership packet includes welcome letter from Grady Sizemore, Cleveland Indians magnet, 2012 High Achievers membership card and information on how to submit grades and reading forms.

Submitting Grades and Reading Forms:

Beginning February 13th, 2012 submit your report cards and reading forms online at www.indians.com/highachievers.
Submittals accepted February 13th, 2012 through September 17, 2012.
Submit up to two (2) report cards and two (2) reading forms.
A reading form consists of at least 3 books read along with a brief description of each book and the author's name.
Receive your rewards email 1-2 weeks after submittal.
Print rewards email and take it, along with your membership card, to an Indians Team Shop to redeem.
