How to Purchase Cleveland Indians Tickets Online

Credit Card Number (including type, number, and security code)
Email Address
Billing Address
Account Number and Password
(If you don't have one, you can create one)
Special Offer Code or Password if applicable
Access to printer if you wish to print your ticket

Follow these steps to learn how to use it »

Select Game by searching for the game of your choice at the Indians Season Schedule »
Select Date by clicking the on the corresponding
Select Quantity of tickets you wish to purchase using the drop-down menu under "QUANTITY".
Select Seating Category by using the drop-down menu under "SECTION". You can refer to the color-coded seating chart for seating categories.
Click "LOOK FOR TICKETS" to proceed.
The next screen is a Word Verification Security. Type the security word that appears in the box and click "CONTINUE" to proceed. If you do not see the word, click the "CAN'T SEE THE WORD" icon.
Tickets are searched for. Once tickets have been located for you to purchase, the system will hold those tickets and you will have exactly two minutes to finish purchasing them.
Select the Deliver Method. Confirm Date, Seating, Price and choose a delivery method. Different deliveries are described below. When you are done, click "CONTINUE" to proceed to the next page.
Account. Enter your account number and password or create a new account with an email address, a password that is 5-12 characters and zip code. Click "CONTINUE" to proceed.
Enter credit card information and billing information. Confirm Date, Seating and Price again. Click "SUBMIT ORDER" to proceed to the next page.
A confirmation page will appear with a confirmation number. Your order is complete. Expect delivery by your chosen method.

Ticketfast (Email) Tickets come to you as an email attachment. Open the attachment, print the tickets and bring it to the game like any other ticket. More info »	Will Call Pick up your tickets at any Progressive Field ticket window by presenting the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Only available if the game is less than 10 days away.
Standard Mail Will be delivered by United States Post Office. Only available if the game is 10 or more days away.	Overnight Carrier Will be delivered by overnight carrier.
