Request Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club. Please review the following information to find out how to contact us regarding our various programs:

AUTOGRAPH SUNDAY

Prior to each Sunday home game, select players and/or coaches will be available for autographs at the bottom of 116-120, starting at approximately 11:40 a.m to 12 noon. Disabled guests utilize a designated area behind home plate.

AUTOGRAPHS

Guests are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing between sections 116-121 and 142-146 up to 40 minutes prior to game time, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first.

Please be considerate by not inconveniencing Guests seated in these areas. Guests with disabilities are permitted to seek autographs and watch batting practice in the front row of the left field pavilion.

AUTOGRAPHS FOR CHARITY FUNDRAISER

If you are interested in obtaining an authentic signature from Troy Tulowitzki, Carlos Gonzalez, Michael Cuddyer or Justin Morneau, we invite you to join them in their efforts to raise money for charity. To participate in The Autographs for Charity Fundraiser, you will need to send an item you would like to have signed, a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope and a check or money order (cash and credit cards will not be accepted) for $25 (per autograph) made payable to the Colorado Rockies Foundation. The Foundation supports programs focusing on youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and drug and alcohol abuse awareness.

*Please note the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club will fulfill requests in its sole discretion. You assume all risk for your items and personalized items are not guaranteed. There is a 3 item maximum per participating player. The Colorado Rockies players and organization are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

COLORADO ROCKIES CHARITY FUND GRANTS

The Colorado Rockies Charity Fund supports many 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations addressing the following interests: youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. If your nonprofit organization is seeking a grant please send a letter of inquiry on your organization's letterhead. This brief overview of your group should be sent to the following address:

COMMUNITY REQUEST GUIDELINES

The Colorado Rockies support many nonprofit organizations addressing the following interests: youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. If your nonprofit organization is seeking a donation of an auction item, or a monetary contribution please send a written request on your organization's letterhead with a brief explanation of your group/event and your tax ID number to the following address:

Most donation requests are filled with Rockies game tickets upon availability, but is not guaranteed. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies including employee appreciation events. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests, we limit our donations to organizations in the Rocky Mountain Region. The Colorado Rockies are unable to place follow-up calls about your request. If your event is within one week and you have not received a response please call us at 303-292-0200 x 2337. Please allow four to six weeks advance notice for all requests. Please note that we do not accept faxed requests. Your request will be answered in a timely manner.

COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM

Tickets are available for requests from non-profit organizations and are based on availability. Donated tickets are not available far enough in advance to be used for incentives, auction items, or for drawings. To request our guidelines please send a request letter on your non-profit's letter-head to:

FRONT OFFICE REQUESTS

This program is designed to promote questions, suggestions and public participation in support of Rockies baseball. Individuals who serve on the Speakers Bureau include front office staff as well as ownership. Many staff members participate annually in the Dr. Seuss' Read Across America Day by reading to local elementary school children.

PLAYER APPEARANCE REQUESTS

Please send a brief email with a description of the event, the date, and whom you are requesting an appearance from, to davisd@coloradorockies.com. Please include if the request will be a paid appearance or not. We will contact you to discuss your event further and then will send you an official request form. We require at least 4 weeks but no more than 6 weeks prior notice for all requests. We will do our best to fulfill each request, however most requests are not able to be accommodated due to the demanding schedule of our players.

PLAYER FAN MAIL

Outside of the Autographs for Charity program, the Colorado Rockies are unable to obtain autographs for fan mail. You are welcome to send mail directly to the player you are interested in, to:
