What is paperless ticketing?
Paperless ticketing is an alternative delivery method to TicketFast, Mail, UPS, or Will Call. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the game is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport).
How does it work?
When you arrive at Coors Field, go directly to the gate and present the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with your government-issued ID to the ticket attendant. They will scan your credit card to validate your order and present a seat locator slip for each ticket ordered. Since all the seats from the purchase are assigned to a single credit card, your entire party must be present to enter the venue. Your section, row, and seat will be printed on the seat locator(s).
How do I find my seat?
A seat locater slip will be printed and handed to you as you enter the ballpark. You will need to show your seat locater slip to the usher in order access your section. If you want to leave and re-enter the ballpark, your seat locater slip will need to be stamped.
What happens if the credit card I used expires or if I lose the credit card?
As long as you have the expired card or have received a replacement card with the same account number, you can proceed directly to the gate. If you no longer have the card you used to make the purchase, please contact us at RockiesTix@rockies.com or 303-ROCKIES for further information.
