support to hundreds of Chicago-based organizations, including those
leading the fight against cancer or dedicated to improving the lives
of Chicago's youth through education and athletics.

IMPORTANT SOXFEST DETAILS
SoxFest 2009, presented by U.S. Cellular, takes place at the Palmer House Hilton, January 30 - February 1, 2009
Current players, coaches and staff scheduled to attend are Ken Williams, Ozzie Guillen, Brian Anderson, Harold Baines, Jeff Cox, John Danks, Jermaine Dye, Chris Getz, Paul Konerko, Scott Linebrink, Juan Nieves, Jerry Owens, Carlos Quentin, Clayton Richard, Adam Russell, Jim Thome, Mark Salas, Ehren Wassermann, Greg Walker and Dewayne Wise. Announcers Ken “Hawk” Harrelson, Steve Stone and Ed Farmer also will be in attendance.
Legendary White Sox executives and players also will attend SoxFest, include: Roland Hemond, Kevin Hickey, Ron Kittle, Bill Melton, Minnie Minoso and Moose Skowron. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the American League champion “Go-Go Sox” team. Commemorating the occasion, former White Sox players Jim McAnany, Jim Landis, Billy Pierce, Jim Rivera and Bob Shaw are scheduled to attend SoxFest.
Other Important Details:
SoxFest weekend passes and Premium Upgrade Packages (when applicable) will be available for pick up when fans check in to the hotel at SoxFest.
Individual day passes will be available for pick up at the concierge desk at the hotel during SoxFest.
No passes will be mailed or available for pick up before SoxFest.
SoxFest hotel packages and weekend passes are still available for purchase by visiting whitesox.com, under the Community tab.
Friday night of SoxFest will be open only to SoxFest hotel guests with weekend passes.

IMPORTANT ON-SALE DETAILS - INDIVIDUAL PASSES
Single day and two-day passes, allowing access to Saturday and/or Sunday of SoxFest, will go on sale Monday, January 12 at 10 a.m. at whitesox.com.
The Saturday/Sunday combined pass is $70
The Saturday-only pass is $50.
The Sunday-only pass is $35
Friday night of SoxFest is exclusively for hotel guests. A very limited number of hotel packages, weekend passes and Premium Upgrade Packages are still available. All are available at whitesox.com.
SOXFEST HOTEL/WEEKEND PASS DETAILS
Please note the following important SoxFest hotel package and weekend pass information:
HOTEL PACKAGES:
•The only way to obtain SoxFest weekend passes is to purchase a two-night stay at the Palmer House Hilton. The hotel's special SoxFest rate for a two-night stay is $249, plus applicable taxes and fees. There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night in rooms with more than two (2) adults. Fans will be limited to two (2) rooms per reservation name.
WEEKEND SOXFEST PASSES:
•For each two-night hotel package purchased (limit 2), fans can buy up to four (4) weekend passes at $75 each (children ages 3 and younger DO NOT require a SoxFest ticket for admittance). Please note that SoxFest passes must be purchased in addition to the hotel package and cannot exceed the number of guests in the hotel room. Passes must be purchased in the same transaction with the SoxFest hotel package.
SoxFest hotel packages will be available on-line only via whitesox.com.
When fans order a SoxFest hotel room, they also will be purchasing SoxFest weekend passes at the same time, within the same transaction.
** You will be charged for your hotel room and weekend passes at the time of purchase. The applicable taxes will be charged by the hotel upon check-in at SoxFest**
Fans looking to purchase a SoxFest hotel package should visit whitesox.com and click on the SoxFest link to purchase SoxFest hotel packages and weekend passes. Packages are limited and based on availability. Weekend passes are available for pick up when fans check into their hotel room.

Once the hotel reservation and SoxFest weekend passes are added to your cart, you will have 10 minutes to proceed to checkout o r edit your cart. You have a total of 30 minutes to finalize your cart and proceed to check out.
Both the hotel reservation and SoxFest weekend passes need to be paid for in full via a valid credit card during the allotted time.
Fans who are able to secure a SoxFest hotel package and weekend passes will receive a confirmation email. They will be contacted via email or phone by the Palmer House Hilton to confirm names all of all guests staying their room(s).

PREMIUM UPGRADE PACKAGE DETAILS Please note the following important information on Premium Upgrade Packages:
SoxFest Premium Upgrade Packages are on sale now for SoxFest hotel guests and weekend pass purchasers, subject to availability.
Premium Upgrade Packages are $300 per pass. Fans may purchase up to the same number of Premium Upgrade Packages as weekend passes purchased.
Eligible fans will receive an email containing a unique, one-time-use password needed to purchase their Premium Upgrade Package. This password is needed to order the Premium Upgrade Package.
The SoxFest Premium Upgrade Package is available only to fans who purchased a two-night stay at the SoxFest rate and a SoxFest weekend pass(es) and who have a unique password provided by the White Sox. Premium Upgrade Package passes and welcome pack will be available upon check-in at the hotel.

(MVP Pass holders are not guaranteed a 'no wait' experience, but the wait time will be reduced.) Premium autographs may include staff and players such as Ozzie Guillen, Jermaine Dye, Paul Konerko or other current/former White Sox (Team members listed above are not guaranteed; participants will be confirmed closer to actual SoxFest show dates.)
