Tickets dated April 20 will be honored for the second game on Saturday April 21st at 7:05 p.m., no ticket exchange is necessary.
Fans unable to attend the rescheduled game may exchange their unused tickets at any time for a future non-premium priced regular season game scheduled to be played within 12 months from April 20, 2012; excluding Opening Day and subject to availability. (Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable).
The game has been rescheduled as part of a split doubleheader on Sunday, May 29.
Tickets dated May 28 will be honored for the 7:05 p.m. game on May 29, no ticket exchange is necessary.
Fans unable to attend the rescheduled game may exchange their unused tickets at any time for any future regular season game scheduled to be played within 12 months from May 28, 2011; excluding Opening Day.
According to the rules of Major League Baseball, the home team is the sole judge as to conditions of the playing field, prior to the start of the game. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least 30 minutes after he has suspended play. He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is a chance to resume play. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game.
His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions of as much as 30 minutes each shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no reasonable possibility of completing the ballgame.
