The 50/50 raffle is a fundraising vehicle for the Marlins Foundation to raise funds at Marlins Park during the season. At every home game, fans have the opportunity to play and win 50% of the net proceeds raised that day, with the remaining proceeds benefitting the Marlins Foundation or the hosting non-profit organization.
On Wednesday home games, the Marlins Foundation partners with local non-profit organizations to participate in the 50/50 Raffle through the Fundraising with the Fish program. The 50/50 Raffle allows non-profit organizations to raise funds, while spreading awareness about their cause.
In 2015, the 50/50 Raffle raised $165,942.00, which was invested to continue supporting South Florida programs in our community including Marlins Reviving Baseball In Inner Cities Program, Charity Partners, Marlins Ayudan School Partnership Program and many more.
