Orioles Honor Jason Schneider

Friday, September 6, 2013 11:26 AM

The Baltimore Orioles on Thursday honored the life of police officer Jason Schneider. A moment of silence took place while friends, family, fans and the Baltimore Police Department remembered the life of the fallen hero. Schneider, a 13-year veteran of the force, was taken too soon after being killed in the line of duty.

In an emotional moment, Schneider’s young son threw out the first pitch to Orioles slugger Chris Davis.

Thoughts go out to the entire Schneider family.
