MLB's FanFest is fun for fans of any age
It is described as "Baseball Heaven on Earth," and countless fans have seen why since the annual John Hancock All-Star FanFest was first introduced in Toronto for the 1991 Midsummer Classic.
Having the best players in baseball all in one place is still the reason you come, and having a ball while you are there is a memory that stays with you forever.

Volunteer:
JOHN HANCOCK ALL-STAR FANFEST® AND OTHER VOLUNTEER INFORMATION!

We are excited to announce that the City of Houston has produced a record volunteer turnout this year, ensuring that the 75th Annual All-Star Game will be a tremendous success. Due to this overwhelming response, we are happy to announce that we have exceeded the number of volunteers needed for both the John Hancock All-Star FanFest and the Houston Ambassadors program.
In addition to the Tuesday night game, All-Star Week festivities bring a variety of events to Houston. The John Hancock All-Star FanFestŪ, All-Star Sunday, All-Star Monday, Legends/Celebrity Softball Game, and the Century 21 Home Run Derby will span the five days (July 9-13th). Major League Baseball, the Houston Astros and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau (GHCVB) thanks all those who applied to volunteer as Houston Ambassadors and FanFest Volunteers to assist with all the events surrounding the Midsummer Classic.
Remember, just because we cannot accommodate you as a volunteer does not mean that you should miss the excitement of All-Star Week. Between the events being held at Minute Maid Park and the John Hancock All-Star FanFest being held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, there are plenty of ways to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience.
If you have any questions, please call the volunteer hotline at 713-259-8075 or toll free at 1-800-449-3267. The Houston Astros and Major League Baseball thank you for your support.
