Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals, is better than ever! In addition to having the largest hi-definition video board in Major League Baseball, it now features an expanded Outfield Plaza, Royals Hall of Fame, Interactive Kids Area and the new Rivals Sports Bar.
A tour of this "Crown Jewel" of baseball stadiums will take you to areas of the ballpark not normally open to the public including the Royals Dugout, Crown Club and Visitor's locker room.*

- "The Classic" - 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00 Monday through Sunday on days when there are no games. On the days of evening games only the 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30 will be available. Tours are not available on day game days.
- "The All-Star" - 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00 Monday through Sunday on days when there are no games. On the days of evening games only the 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30 will be available. Tours are not available on day game days.
- "The Grand Slam" - 11:00 and 1:00 Monday through Sunday on days when there are no games. On the days of evening games only the 11:00 will be available. Tours are not available on day game days.

"The Grand Slam" - This two hour tour "touches all the bases." Enjoy your tour from the comfort of a limousine golf cart complete with complimentary bottled water. In addition to all of the features of the All-Star tour, you will also receive an official Kansas City Royals autographed baseball and a 4x6 photo of you next to the giant #5 in the Royals Hall of Fame. Tours are available for groups of 10 or more. Groups of 30 or more will receive a $1 discount per person. Reserve a private tour for your school, church, day care center, business, birthday party or family gathering. Group tours are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Reservations are required, and the Tour Department can be reached by phone at 816-504-4222 or e-mail at

"The Party" is 2 hours of fun for everyone, including the adults. Your birthday party package includes:
- A private guided tour for up to 16 people
- Access to the Little K Diamond

Enjoy a tour of the stadium and experience learning with your students in grades 3 through 8. The $10 student fee includes a ballpark tour and 3 20-minute units of instruction dealing with Science, Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, Character Education, History and Health & Physical Education. - Tours last from 75-90 minutes and cover a walking distance of 1.5 miles.
- Tours are conducted rain or shine, so dress accordingly.
- The majority of the tour route is NOT air-conditioned.
- Backpacks, large bags and food or drink (except water) are prohibited.
- Cameras, video cameras and bottled water are permitted.
- Cell phones are permitted, provided their use does not interfere with other guest's enjoyment of the tour.
- For safety reason, the use of shoe skates is not allowed.
