How do I request a donation from the Royals for a charity fundraiser?
Charities and nonprofit organizations seeking a donation for an upcoming auction, raffle or other event should complete a Donation Request form. The form should be mailed four weeks prior to the event to Community Relations Donation Requests, c/o Kansas City Royals, P.O. Box 419969, Kansas City, MO 64141. We do not accept requests via e-mail or fax. Note: If you are seeking a large amount of tickets for your nonprofit group to attend as a group, complete the Royals Community Ticket Program form.

How can my non-profit group attend a Royals game?
The Royals provide thousands of complimentary tickets each year to nonprofit groups in the Kansas City area through the Royals Community Ticket Program form as well as the Commissioner's Initiative for Kids program. Through this effort, the Royals enhance the lives of underprivileged and at-risk youth, the medically dependent or disabled, and senior citizens. The form should be mailed to Royals Community Ticket Program, c/o Kansas City Royals, P.O. Box 419969, Kansas City, MO 64141.

How do I request a speaker and/or player appearance at an event?
As you plan your organization's speaking schedule, please keep in mind that the Royals provide speakers and/or appearances for civic and charitable functions. Members of the Royals senior management team and Royals Alumni are available to share their experiences in an informative and entertaining presentation. Please submit a Speakers Bureau Request Form at least one month prior to your event.

Can I arrange a special marriage proposal at Kauffman Stadium?
Pop the big question at Kauffman Stadium with the help of the Marriage Proposal Package. For $500, you can receive a package that includes a public address announcement and personalized "Will You Marry Me?" announcement on CrownVision. In addition, you will receive a souvenir DVD of you proposal, a special Newlywed Gift Bag featuring Royals memorabilia and a complimentary honeymoon suite at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center! The package also includes four Dugout Box tickets (a $172 value) to the game. Please note that the Marriage Proposal Package is available for Monday-Thursday home games and is limited to one per game. Proceeds from the proposal benefit Royals Charities. A Royals staff member will call to verify the event for the official calendar and confirm exact seat location.

Couples may NOT WEAR ANY NON-ROYALS MAJOR LEAGUE TEAM APPAREL or other professional sports team apparel during their LIVE Marriage Proposal.

Marriage proposals are available only during Monday-Thursday home games. Please also note that proposals will not be available during these weeknight games in 2011: New York Yankees series (August 15-17) or the Boston Red Sox series opener (August 18).

Can Sluggerrr come to my next big event?
Sluggerrr, the Royals popular mascot, makes numerous public appearances throughout the season. Sluggerrr is available for corporate events, charity fundraisers, birthdays or other private parties. Sluggerrr also is a great addition to any school function, assembly or fundraiser! For more information on scheduling Sluggerrr appearances, contact 816-921-8000.

How do I write to my favorite Royals player?
Fans writing to specific players should mail requests directly to Kauffman Stadium. Please include a self-addressed postage-paid envelope if you would like a response. We cannot guarantee the items will be answered or returned. Mail your requests directly to the player c/o Kansas City Royals, P.O. Box 419969, Kansas City, MO, 64141.

How can my organization raise money at a Royals game?
The Royals help many nonprofit groups raise hundreds of dollars each year through volunteer employment at games or other events. To raise funds by working in Kauffman Stadium's various concession stands, please contact Aramark by emailing Lancaster-christina@aramark.com or Mckinzie-emily@aramark.com. For groups looking to assist in the distribution of game day promotions, please contact the Marketing department at (816) 921-8000.
