Jeff Stevenson, Assistant Athletic Trainer

Jeff Stevenson begins his second season as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Royals after spending nine seasons as trainer at Triple-A Omaha. He was named PCL Trainer of the Year in 2005.

Stevenson served as the trainer at Class-A Lansing from 1996-98 and also worked as the trainer at Appleton (1992), Rockford (1993-94) and Springfield (1995). He was named Midwest League Trainer of the Year in 1995 and 1998 and was honored as the Dick Howser Award winner in 1999 for his outstanding contributions to the organization in the Player Development Department.

He graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in athletic training and currently resides with his wife, Christy, and children Brennan, Michael and Meg in Omaha, Neb.
