Entrant shall retain all ownership rights in entrant's Submission.  However, by submitting the Submission in the Promotion, entrant hereby grants the Los Angeles Dodgers, Fox Sports Net West, LLC, and MLB Advanced Media (each a "Promotion Entity" collectively, "Promotion Entities") a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Submission in connection with the Promotion and Promotion Entities' (their successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation entrant's participation in the creation and production of an advertising spot based upon the content of entrant's Submission, in any and all media formats and through any and all media distribution.  All rights in and to such material shall be the property of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Fox Sports West, LLC at no cost to any of the aforementioned Promotion Entities. Promotion Entities have the absolute right in their sole discretion to edit and/or alter any Submission.  Promotion Entities reserve the right to use (or not use) all and/or as little of each entrant's Submission as they so chooses.

By submitting the Submission, each entrant agrees to the following:

(A) the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, and further represents and warrants that entrant is the sole copyright owner of the Submission; 

(B) that entrant has the authority to grant the permission and rights granted herein; 

(C) that no other permission is required to grant such rights; and 

(D) that entrant hereby irrevocably grants Promotion Entities the right (without the obligation) to use the Submission, entrant's name, voice, likeness, and address (city, state, and zip code) (collectively "Attributes") in whole or in part; the Attributes of each individual featured in the Submission; and any and all statements made by or attributed to entrant and all those described in the Submission, for any and all purposes, including without limitation advertising, promotion, and trade in any and all media formats, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review, or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the universe without further compensation. 

Entrant hereby releases the Promotion Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from all claims arising out of any such use.
