Rethink everything you have come to expect from the food and beverage experience at Miller Park. This offseason, we are embarking upon the largest and most comprehensive renovation in the history of the ballpark. As of April 2017, the entire food and beverage experience at the stadium will be completely transformed. Everything from the look of the concession stands to the menu offerings to the food quality will be upgraded across all levels of the ballpark, as we unveil a world-class food and beverage program reflective of the traditions, culture, and spirit of Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
Watch the video below for a brief overview of the food and beverage redesign process.
At the Brewers, our organizational mantra is to 'cherish our fans,' and key to that is our promise to enhance what we believe is a best-in-class entertainment experience at Miller Park that goes well beyond the game on the field. We recognize the crucial role that food and beverage plays in the fan experience at the ballpark, and as such, we are making a substantial investment to upgrade our hospitality program across all touch points so as to further elevate the world-class experience at Miller Park.
To assist with the redesign process, we have enlisted the help of a number of highly-regarded food and beverage experts including consultants Dave Howard and John Sergi, who have overseen the remodeling of F&B programs at a number of sports venues across the country, including recently at Citi Field, Madison Square Garden, and Levi's Stadium among others.
Additionally, we have brought in a number of local partners to assist with the development of the new program, including Milwaukee-based restaurant group, Hospitality Democracy, which features many popular brands such as Zaffiro's Pizza, AJ Bombers Hamburgers, Smoke Shack Barbeque, and Holey Moley Coffee & Doughnuts.
Throughout the redesign, we have made it our goal to allow the culture and traditions of Milwaukee and Wisconsin to drive the process, with the goal of developing a program that captures the essence of this place and expresses it in food.
Check out the images below for a sampling of what some of the new spaces in Miller Park will look like next season.
When Brewers fans come to Miller Park next season, they can expect to enjoy a world-class food and beverage experience, unlike any other ballpark in the country.
The offseason overhaul will involve an architectural redesign throughout the ballpark, which will include a refresh of the concourse's look and visual identity as well as the introduction of entirely new spaces -- such as the "First Base Ward" and "Third Base Ward" on the Field Level, which will feature 11 new concession stands, new portable stands and two new full-service bars, and the "Local Brews" Bar on the Loge Level, which will feature an expanded beer program with 30 taps serving craft beers from across Wisconsin.
Additionally, fans will enjoy a completely redesigned menu with a heavy emphasis on local products reflective of the culture of Wisconsin. Local brands such as Zaffiro's, AJ Bombers, Smoke Shack, Klement's and MillerCoors will all be featured prominently, along with brand-new offerings that also have ties to Wisconsin culinary tradition -- items such as mac and cheese, frozen custard, cheese curds and tacos. And for those who enjoy the basic staples of ballpark fare, rest assured, those items won't be disappearing from the menu.
Most importantly, this project is about more than just food. It is about enhancing every aspect of the fan experience -- from the food that we serve, to the atmosphere we create, to the hospitality we provide. For that reason, this renovation will extend to all areas of the ballpark -- so that all of our fans, wherever they are sitting in the ballpark, will have the opportunity to enjoy what we believe will be the best food & beverage program in the country.
