Access Guide for Guests With Disabilities

Welcome to Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers take pride in making sure Miller Park can be enjoyed by all of our guests.

This Miller Park Access Guide was designed to assist guests with disabilities find accommodations to make sure everyone’s experience is world class.


Accessible Parking

Accessible Parking can be found on a first come, first serve basis in the Thomas and Aaron lot which are closest to Home Plate and Club Express gates or the Brewers 2 lot which is closest to the Clock Tower, Third Base and Hot Corner gates. Additional Accessible Parking can be found in the Miller Lot but please follow the direction of the parking personal for available parking.

Courtesy shuttles are available for guests needing assistance at select pickup locations around the Miller Park grounds. Please check the Miller Park Parking Map for locations. Shuttles will only pick up from these locations and drop guests at the nearest entrance to Miller Park. After games, shuttles will pick up guests needing assistance at the Robin Yount Statue on the Home Plate Plaza or near the Associated Bank Check Deck Gate on the Center Field Plaza and return them to the original pick up locations.

Accessible Seating/Companion Seating

Please see seating map for accessible seating locations. Public elevators are located in the Left Field Corner and on the Third Base side in the Clocktower. There are no public elevators on the Right Field side of Miller Park. One electrical outlet can be found at each ADA seating section. Segways are permissible in all ADA sections.

Assistive Listening Devices

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

ATMs provided by Associated Bank are located in the following areas:

  • Field Level: Home Plate Gate entrance; Hot Corner; near the U.S. Cellular® Power Playground; Section 123
  • Loge Level: Section 231
  • PNC Club Level: Left-field corner near the Johnson Controls Stadium Club
  • Terrace Level: Section 422

For your convenience, major credit cards are accepted at Friday's Front Row Sports Grill, all Miller Park concession stands (not including portables), and all Miller Park retail stores.

Captioning

Fans with hearing impairments can also access the Miller Park public address announcements via closed-captioning on the ribbon boards down the right and left-field lines. While at Miller Park, fans may listen to a non-delayed transmission of WTMJ's broadcast on 88.5 FM. For more information, visit Guest Relations on the Field Level behind Section 116.

Concessions

Delaware North staff members are available to assist guests with disabilities. There are condiment stands on all levels that are wheelchair accessible. Groups may contact Delaware North in advance to arrange special ordering and delivery of concession items. Guests should call Delaware North at (414) 902-4700 for further information and assistance.

Dietary Restrictions

We have no restrictions on guests bringing food into the ballpark.

Please remember though that hard sided coolers are not allowed and any liquids must be brought in a factory sealed plastic container.

Drop-off/Pick Up Areas

The drop-off area for guests with disabilities is located on the first base side of the ballpark. Please enter off Miller Park Way or Canal Street and please notify parking attendants when you arrive that you will need this area. See parking map for location.

Electrical Outlets

All ADA sections around Miller Park are equipped with one electrical outlet. If more accommodations are needed, please see an event staff member.

Elevators/Escalators

Elevators: Public elevators are located in the Left Field Corner and the Clocktower.

Escalators: Escalators can be found near all entrances of Miller Park.

In the case of an emergency evacuation, staff are trained to seek out and assist guests with disabilities.

Entry and Carry in Policy

All entries and exits at Miller Park for fully accessible. When entering Miller Park, please let personal know of any accessible needs while going through the screening process.

Guests may not bring into Miller Park any cans, glass containers or alcohol. Soda, water or juice must be contained in factory-sealed plastic bottles. Guests may bring food items into Miller Park using appropriate containers. Aerosol cans (sunscreen, hairspray, etc.) are prohibited. All bags, purses, fanny packs or soft-sided coolers must be 16" x 16" x 8" or smaller and are subject to inspection. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed in the ballpark. Only food purchased within Miller Park will be allowed into Suite areas.

Noise Cancelling Headphones

We do not currently have any at the park. Earplugs are available at Guest Relations office located on the Field Level behind section 116.

Public Transportation

The Milwaukee Country Transit System provides service to and from Miller Park on game days from Downtown and surrounding communities. The busses drop off and pick up at the transit circle located near home plate gate. For more specific information, as routes tend to change, please call MCTS at 414-344-6711.

Quiet Room

Miller Park does not have a quiet room but please contact an event staff member or guest relations at 116, 221 or 418 and a room will be made available.

Restrooms/Family Restrooms

Restrooms are located conveniently at all levels of the ballpark. Family restrooms are located at FL First Aid, 206, 231, 344, 315, 426, 418.

Segways

Guests wishing to utilize a Segway inside Miller Park as an accessible device are asked to contact Miller Park Security or Guest Services in advance of the date on which they will arrive at Miller Park. This will ensure that all information regarding use of the device is properly communicated, as well as an excellent guest experience.

Service Animals

Service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome at Miller Park, provided they are accompanied by the handler and leashed at all times. If the Service Animal needs relief, please head to the nearest stadium exit and check out with an event staff supervisor who can lead you to the nearest area.

Shuttle/Golf Cart Services

Courtesy shuttles are available for guests needing assistance at select pick-up locations around the Miller Park grounds. Please check the Miller Park Parking Map for locations. Shuttles will only pick up from these locations and drop guests at the nearest entrance to Miller Park. After games, shuttles will pick up guests needing assistance at the Robin Yount Statue on the Home Plate Plaza and at the Center Field Plaza by the Associated Bank Check Deck, and return them to the original pick-up locations.

All suites are accessible with private bathroom and seats may be removed but guest must notify the Brewers in advance of the game.

Ticket Information

An Accessible Ticket Window is located at the main Miller Park ticket office at the home plate entrance. VIP ticket window #6 is an accessible ticket window and is open during all normal business hours and until the conclusion of all Miller Park events.

Please call the Brewers Ticket Office at (414) 902-4000 or visit brewers.com for ticket availability and special requests. When a customer requests ADA seating, we offer up to 3 companion seats in addition to the accessible seat for a total of 4 tickets per transaction in our designated accessible areas based on ticket availability at the time of the request. Based on ticket availability at the time of the request, we are also able to accommodate large groups requiring accessible seats.

Wheelchair Services

If a wheelchair is needed please contact an event staff member at any entrance gate. Staff can take you to your seat and bring you back out to the gates or the ADA shuttle pickup at the Robin Yount Statue or Associated Bank Check Deck at the end of the game. Wheelchairs services can only take you from the gate to your seat and back, they are not available during the game. Wheelchairs service is a free service but on a first come, first serve basis, please have patience. If a wheelchair is needed throughout the game we recommend bringing your own wheelchair. Wheelchairs can be checked at any guest relations location as well. One electrical outlets is available at all ADA seating sections otherwise please ask an Event Service member for additional locations.
