Brewer players and coaches Wives play an important role in our outreach efforts to support our community each season. Each summer, they team up with Brewers Community Foundation to raise funds through a number of special events. This season the proceeds from the events supported the tornado disaster relief funds, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Immunization Program, Reading is Fundamental, School Supplies for Milwaukee Public Schools, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and After Breast Cancer Diagnosis Program (ABCD). In addition, several of the wives along with their husbands support area children with game tickets, food vouchers and donations to youth baseball groups.
Through the Brewers Wives collective efforts, they raised more than $154,000 this season to support a number of great community causes.
