The Minnesota Twins have created an education enrichment program for schools called "Learning Through Baseball: On the Road" to bring baseball and learning together in classrooms throughout Twins Territory. This program was created to enhance your curriculum by Minnesota educators. It fulfills state standards for grades 2-6.
Downloadable worksheets are available for the following classroom subjects and are created for varying skill levels.
A classroom map that allows students to follow the Twins on their road trips will be sent via mail to the first 250 classrooms that register.
By registering and participating in the program, your class will be entered into a drawing* to get a free Learning Through Baseball tour in the spring at Target Field. Participating students and teachers are also eligible to receive tickets to a 2017 Minnesota Twins game.
After registering your classroom for the Learning Through Baseball: On the Road curriculum, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with information on how to download education materials. Please direct any additional questions to Sondra Ciesielski at SondraCiesielski@twinsbaseball.com
