In 2010, the Twins Wives Organization participated in twenty events for local non-profits. These included the Mother's Day Race for the Cure, bringing 110 kids and chaperones from Kaleidoscope Kids to a July Twins game, cookie decorating at Gillette Children's Hospital, and delivering toy and supplies to the Ronald McDonald House, among many others.

Additionally, the Wives Organization held fundraisers to benefit causes close to the heart of many in Twins Territory. The annual "Hang with the Majors at Major's" event raised more than $22,000 for the Minnesota Military Family Foundation. That nearly doubled the funds raised in 2009. And in the wake of the devastating tornado in Wadena, the Wives auctioned off an autographed quilt to raise $10,000 to rebuild the town's youth baseball field.
