On Deck Circle Seat Selection Process

The On Deck Circle Seat Selection Process for the 2012 season will take place from January 9 through January 18, 2012. As a reminder, the entire seat selection process will take place online.

On Deck Circle Seat Selection Information There are three actions that can be performed through this process:
  1. Choose a 2012 Full Season Ticket package
  2. Choose a 2012 40-game package
  3. Choose a 2012 20-game package
  4. Note: if you wish to choose more than one plan type (i.e. two full packages and two 20-game packages), please contact your Twins Ticket Sales and Service representative to assist with providing you an additional password. Additionally, if you require handicap accessible seating, please contact your Twins Ticket Sales and Service representative by calling the Ticket Sales and Service Department at 612-375-7454.

    Selection Schedule:
    • January 9th and 10th: You may search for full season locations
    • January 12th and 13th: You may search for 40-game locations
    • January 17th and 18th: You may search for 20-game locations
    You should have received an email from the Twins on January 4th which included your selection dates and times along with your unique one-time use PIN. You will need your personal Account Number and PIN provided in your email in order to access the On Deck Circle Seat Selection website. Selecting your seats online is as easy as clicking on the seats you want, putting it into your shopping cart, and finalizing the order. It is important to note that only one person at a time can be logged on to the website with your personal Account Number and PIN. Once you have confirmed a seat selection, your password will no longer be active for any future selections times.

    You will be able to enter and view available seats 30 minutes prior to your selection time.

    Site Access & Helpful Video Tutorial

    Within a few days of your first appointment time, you will be provided a link to the seat selection site as well as a video tutorial. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with this website prior to your designated time. Simply follow the link below and log-in using your Account Number and PIN. Once you are logged in to the site there is a very helpful video tutorial available on the My Account page.

    Please note that you may need to download a free version of Java and/or Flash software in order to view the On Deck Circle Seat Selection software on your computer. There is a link to download each of these free pieces of software at the bottom of each page of the Seat Selection website.

    Payment Information

    In the following days after your selection you will receive an email from the Twins detailing how to make payment for your seats and the payment options available. Payment for your 2012 season tickets will be due by January 23, 2012.

    By utilizing the online tutorial and reviewing the information sent to you, we're confident that you'll be in a position to quickly and easily select your seats for 2012.
