We are currently crediting your refund for non-played Postseason games and want to keep you informed of the process. The good news is there's nothing more for you to do. As communicated earlier, here's how the refund process will work:

Full Season Ticket accounts that purchased by Pay As We Play:
ALDS Game 3 credit for Postseason tickets that were purchased on your My Twins Ticket account using the Pay As We Play option will automatically be credited to your 2011 Season Ticket package. If your 2011 Season Ticket account is already paid-in-full, then a credit will be refunded by crediting the credit card to which the tickets were paid (ALCS and World Series tickets were not charged on your credit card, per Pay As We Play procedures).

Full Season Ticket accounts that purchased by check or credit card:
Postseason paid-in-full full strip tickets that were purchased by check or credit card will be automatically credited to your 2011 Season Ticket package. If your 2011 Season Ticket account is already paid-in-full, then a credit will be refunded by the method in which the tickets were paid: strips that were purchased by credit card will be refunded by crediting the credit card; strips that were purchased by check will be sent a refund check.

Partial Season Ticket accounts that purchased online via twinsbaseball.com:
Postseason tickets that were purchased online via credit card will be refunded by crediting the credit card. Your per-ticket fee will be included in the refund.
