ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (including their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of the foregoing, whether or not related) of Arizona Fall League ("Sponsor") , the MLB Entities (defined below), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, design, web design, web hosting, law firms and, and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize in the Sweepstakes. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, The MLB Network, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the shareholders, parents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns of the above entities. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotional Period begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/21/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/12 (the "Promotional Period").

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner (defined below) will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to attend the 2012 Arizona Fall League Championship Game (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize includes (a) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence in the United States to a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the 2012 Arizona Fall League Championship Game in Scottsdale, Arizona, (b) hotel accommodations (one (1) standard rooms, double-occupancy) for two (2) nights, (c) two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to attend the 2012 Arizona Fall League Championship Game currently scheduled to be played on November 17, 2012 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Exact seat locations at 2012 Arizona Fall League Championship Game shall be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $1,250. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize consists of only the items specifically listed in these Official Rules. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, incidentals, souvenirs and other expenses incurred by accepting the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at is sole and absolute discretion. All applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Arizona Fall League game, event and dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Arizona Fall League, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. The Arizona Fall League and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, exhibition or event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Arizona Fall League game, event or exhibition. Arizona Fall League game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). The Grand Prize Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

DRAWINGS AND PRIZE NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 10/1/12 (the "Grand Prize Drawing") from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Grand Prize Winner"). Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all matters of this Sweepstakes, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor). In the event that the potential winner does not respond to any such prize notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the Grand Prize for any reason, a disqualification and prize forfeiture will result and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor, and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within three (3) days of the date of issuance. The Grand Prize Winner's Guest will be required to execute, have notarized and return a Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within three (3) days of the date of issuance. Failure by the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternative potential Grand Prize Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The Grand Prize Winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, grants to Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees the right to use and/or publicize such winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, statements, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION: By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, professional advisors, representatives and advertising and promotion and public relation agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and liabilities, injuries or damages of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the preparation for, or participation in, this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto.

GENERAL: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants are responsible for all costs or charges involved in accessing the World Wide Web and warrant that the cost of accessing the Internet, if any, is part of a larger agreement with an Internet Service Provider or some other means, and that the cost of this access and/or the time spent, if any, to configure their web-site is not an incremental cost in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first entry received from such person or e-mail address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules.
