58Bachanov, JonathanUniversity HSRHPR/R6'04"2101989-01-30HS400K
Comments: Bachanov is a relative latecomer to the "draft prospect" stage. It's clear he has some things to learn in terms of mechanics and mound presence, but the arm strength scouts love is definitely there. He has the chance to have a plus fastball to go along with a very good breaking ball. He may be a bit of a project, but it's there.

118Harvey, MatthewR E Fitch Senior HSRHPR/R6'04"2101989-03-27HS400K
Comments: With a good arm, nice and easy delivery, projectable frame and the possibility to have a three-pitch mix (right now, the changeup lags behind the other two), Harvey sits near the top of the high school arm list. He'll need some refinement with his delivery, but has a very high ceiling. While Rick Porcello has passed him up as perhaps the top prep pitcher, Harvey hasn't slipped too far behind him and is very much in the first-round picture.
