64Payne, DanielGeorgia TechCFL/L5'10"1851985-09-08JR400K
Comments: Payne is the kind of athlete who gets dubbed as a "real baseball player." It's a compliment for a guy who has good instincts, is hard-nosed and generally plays above his tools. Payne can hit, but not for power and while he knows how to get on base, he's not the prototypical leadoff hitter because he's got just average speed. To be an everyday player, he's going to have to stick in center field and keep making consistent contact while getting on base.

744Presley, MatthewCheyenne Mountain HSOFR/R6'03" 1989-04-27HS
Comments: Presley is the top prospect from Colorado, but weather issues always mean limited sample size and higher risk. He can flat out pound a fastball and shows some serious pop from the right side of the plate. The rest of his offensive game is on the raw side and he's below average defensively. He's got a fairly strong commitment to the University of Arizona.

27Porcello, FrederickSeton Hall Prep SchoolRHPR/R6'05"1951988-12-27HS400K
Comments: There are several interesting arms in the Northeast this year and Porcello belongs at the top of that list. With an oustanding fastball and the possibility of three other above-average to average offerings, he could very well find himself one of the top high school pitchers taken in June.
