Comments: Big, intimidating and armed with a power arsenal, he's got the raw tools to be a short reliever some day. He'll need quite a bit of polish as he doesn't have a ton of experience on the mound. His delivery has been bad in the past and while it's been refined, he had some trouble maintaining it throughout an outing. He's a bulldog on the mound who goes right after hitters. There may not be much projection, but what's already there is a guy who's already pretty good, the type of high school arm that could move quickly and settle into the back of a rotation. Comments: Building off a strong Cape League season, Mitchell has had a solid junior season as Clemson's Friday starter. He's wiry and athletic and while he doesn't possess the greatest pure stuff in the world, he gets the most out of it by going right after hitters and keeping his team in games.
