297O'Sullivan, RyanValhalla HS (CA)RHPR/R6'01"1801990-09-05HS400K
Comments: O'Sullivan, whose brother Sean is in the Angels organization, hopes to follow in his footsteps as a pitchability right-hander. There's not a whole lot of projection for him, but he does have the chance to throw three Major League average pitches.

303Castner, KevinCal Poly San Luis ObispoRHPR/R6'04"2301987-08-03JR400K
Comments: Big, intimidating and armed with a power arsenal, he's got the raw tools to be a short reliever some day. He'll need quite a bit of polish as he doesn't have a ton of experience on the mound. His delivery has been bad in the past and while it's been refined, he had some trouble maintaining it throughout an outing. But this kind of arm strength, in that kind of body, doesn't grow on trees, so he's bound to garner some interest.

307Joyce, ChristopherDos Pueblos HS (CA)LHPL/L6'00"1989-12-25HS400K
Comments: Don't let the body type fool you. Joyce really knows how to pitch. He's an advanced high school lefty who has four pitches and is willing to throw any of them at any point in the count. He's a bulldog on the mound who goes right after hitters. There may not be much projection, but what's already there is a guy who's already pretty good, the type of high school arm that could move quickly and settle into the back of a rotation.

320Mitchell, WilliamClemson URHPR/R6'02"1651987-05-13JR
Comments: Building off a strong Cape League season, Mitchell has had a solid junior season as Clemson's Friday starter. He's wiry and athletic and while he doesn't possess the greatest pure stuff in the world, he gets the most out of it by going right after hitters and keeping his team in games. There may not be a ton of upside or projection, but there's always a market for a college hurler who battles.
