55Joseph, ThomasHorizon HS (AZ)CR/R6'01"2151991-07-16HS
Comments: In a deep class of prep catchers, Joseph hasn't gotten a ton of love, though his bat has been making more than enough noise. He's got serious offensive ability with light tower raw power. He's more of a question mark behind the plate. He's got an above-average arm, but this was the first season he's caught and he lacks overall quickness. His bat likely will play anywhere, but if a team feels he can catch, he could sneak into the first couple of rounds.

Comments: Over the course of his junior season, Jenkins caught up to, then passed up teammate Kyle Heckathorn on Draft boards. With a terrific three-pitch mix and a good idea of how to pitch, Jenkins looks like a durable workhorse who will fit nicely into a big-league rotation in the not-too-distant future. He comes from a small school and doesn't have a long track record of success, but that shouldn't keep him from going off the board in the first round.

159Jackson, RyanU MiamiSSR/R6'02"1751988-05-10JR
Comments: Jackson might be among the best defensive shortstops in the Draft class. With a plus arm, good hands and excellent instincts, he's a true shortstop who'll have no problem playing the position at the big-league level. The main question is if he'll hit, though he's been productive with a line-drive, inside-out approach in the past. Just how much people believe in the bat could determine how early he gets drafted.
