Comments: Good feel for pitching, with three average to above pitches; good command and a projectable body. Doesn't have the fastball right now that some like to see from the top high school arms. Berglund is a step or two behind the top high school pitchers in this class, even in Southern California, but there's still a lot to like. He's got a tall and projectable frame, three pitches he can throw for strikes and a pretty good idea of how to pitch. While his fastball doesn't light up guns, there's a chance that, as he matures, he'll find more in the tank. He's not one of those high-octane arms you'll see go off the board in the top round, but he might not be that far behind.
