63Petricka, JacobIndiana StateRHPR/R6'04"1901988-06-05SR
Comments: This tall right-hander was creating a lot of buzz later in the spring when reports of him touching 98 mph spread like wildfire. His secondary stuff isn't as good as the heater, though his curve ball has improved this year and his changeup has a chance to be a decent offering. There's not a ton of life in the fastball, but he throws without much effort. People were pouring in to see him late, and that kind of arm strength tends to do very well in the Draft.

308Wilson, RossAlabama2BR/R5'11"1851988-11-09JR
Comments: Wilson is the type of gritty college middle infielder who'll get plaudits for being a real "ballplayer." He knows how to play the game the right way and, despite some deficiencies in his game, always finds a way to get the job done. The type who plays above his tools, he wasn't performing with the bat the way he had previously in his Alabama career. That might hurt him come Draft time some, though there are always teams interested in advanced infielders who have the kind of attitude Wilson has.

158Wilkins, AndrewArkansas1BL/R6'02"2301988-09-13JR
Comments: As a sophomore in 2009, Wilkins was named the NCAA Norman Regional's Most Outstanding Player and was a member of the All-Tournament Team. He was a 25th-round selection of the Texas Rangers in 2007 but did not sign.

13Sale, ChrisFlorida Gulf Coast UniversityLHPL/L6'06"1721989-03-30JR
Comments: Sometimes good things come out of smaller schools. Sale took a strong Cape Cod League performance and carried it over into his junior season. With the chance to have three outstanding pitches, all of which he can throw for strikes, to go along with outstanding mound presence, Sale has developed into one of the better lefties in the Draft class. Teams will have to look past a less than prototypical arm slot for a starting pitcher, but with the way he's pitched, it seems likely a team will do that at some point in the first round.

114Royse, ThomasLouisvilleRHPR/R6'05"2101988-09-07JR
Comments: As a sophomore in 2009, Thomas earned Second-Team All-Big East honors and was named a Big East Academic All-Star.
95Reed, AddisonSan Diego StateRHPL/R6'04"2151988-12-27JR
Comments: Heading into the spring, the thought was that Reed would be one of the more sought-after college relievers in the class, but the San Diego State product was stretched out over the winter in order to be the team's Friday starter. He has performed even better than most could have expected, showing the ability to throw three pitches and adjusting easily to the role. A broken pinky on his pitching hand slowed him down for a few weeks, but presuming he picks up where he left off, Reed is likely a college arm moving up draft boards everywhere.
