Eligibility: The Player You Can't Ignore Sweepstakes Presented by Chevrolet ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (with the exception of Florida), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 10/24/07. MLB Advanced Media, L.P., ("MLBAM," or "MLB.com"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), General Motors Corporation ("collectively Sponsors"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void in Florida and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

How To Participate: There are three (3) ways to enter: online, in stadium, or by mail. Between 12:00:01PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/24/07 and 11:59:59PM ET on 11/1/07 ("Promotion Period"): 1) Visit worldseries.com/malibu, click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. By submitting your online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. As part of the entry process you will be asked to vote for the player that you believe should be the 2008 World Series MVP. Voting is not required for entry in the Sweepstakes and does not increase your chance of winning. Your vote selection, if any, for the 2008 World Series MVP will have no effect your chances of winning and will not have any impact on the actual selection of the 2008 WORLD SERIES MVP; 2) Visit a participating stadium and submit your entry at the Adwalker Kiosk in accordance with the instructions provided; or 3) If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: The Player You Can't Ignore Sweepstakes Presented by Chevrolet, P.O. Box 14020, Bridgeport, CT 06673-4020. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by no later than 11/2/07 and received by no later than 11/8/07. Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address, or household per day regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any person, e-mail address or household on any day will be void. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted and all such entries will be voided. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from MLBAM and/or Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or MLBAM by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated entries, mail or email or postage-due mail, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, mail, email or votes, the tabulating of votes or the announcement of the prize. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries and/or votes of an entrant who Administrator believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or voting or similar devices to participate is prohibited and entries and/or votes through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable 3"x 5" mail entry or, Adwalker entry form (#2 above) or, for the online entry method (#1 above), the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Administrator's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Administrator.

Winner Selection: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 11/12/07 by Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 11/12/07. In the event that the selected potential Grand Prize winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its discretion, may select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. The decisions of Sponsors and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize: 2008 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ (Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$26,995). Grand Prize winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license upon entering the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of a valid U.S. driver's license and adequate automobile insurance prior to delivery of the car. Subject to Chevrolet's business discretion, car will be delivered to the dealership as near as practical to Grand Prize winner's home. Designated dealership subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Car tax, title, registration, license, insurance fees, additional/optional equipment, cost of Grand Prize winner's travel to dealership and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility. Car color and specifications are subject to availability. The specific car provided to the Grand Prize winner is at the sole discretion of Chevrolet. Car pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the actual car awarded.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except by Administrator who may substitute prize ) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within two (2) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Administrator's sole discretion from among all remaining eligible entries. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Administrator's sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that (1) Released Parties and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide without limitation and without further compensation, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Administrator and Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.
