This Promotion features (2) initiatives, a consumer generated Contest (�Contest�) & a voter Instant Win Game (�Instant Win Game�) as described below. For the purpose of this Promotion, a day is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01AM Central Time (�CT�) & ending at 11:59:59PM CT. Unless indicated otherwise, all days & Periods defined below will also begin at 12:00:01AM CT & end at 11:59:59PM CT. Promotion will be administered by Sponsor & its designated representatives whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of participation. The following are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win: Persons who worked (in the last (5) years) or currently work in the broadcasting industry (radio & TV inclusive) and/or directly related fields (including, but not limited to, voice actors) whether in the United States or elsewhere. Promotion Phases: Promotion begins on 7/9/07 & ends on 9/30/07 (�Promotion Period�) & consists of distinct Phases as outlined below: Registration; Contest Period & Entry submission; Voting Period & consumer voting; & winner identification.

When requested, fully complete & submit the Registration per the instructions provided or, if you are a return visitor, click on the appropriate links & enter the user name & password created during your initial Registration. Limit (1) Registration per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used, during the Promotion Period. Additional registrations received from any person will be void.

I. Contest:

Phase 1 Contest Period: Contest participation will begin on 7/9/07 & end on 9/23/07 (�Contest Period�). The Contest will be comprised of (11) 1-week Entry Periods. Entry Periods will run Mondays through Sundays throughout the Contest Period. Entries received for each respective Entry Period will not carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. During each Entry Period, (1) entrant will be selected as the Weekly Finalist as described below. To participate during the Contest Period, follow the below instructions. Internet & phone access are required. Flash 8 Plug-in must be installed on your computer to participate & can be downloaded for free by visiting http://www.adobe.com.

Develop Contest entry per the instructions provided. You will be asked to respond to the Contest Theme, I Would Be A�, & describe why you would be a member of your favorite MLB� team. Entry Page window must remain open throughout each Step �1� - �5�, including recording, described below. If online Entry Page is closed and/or session is interrupted for any reason prior to completion of submission, entry will be void.

Step 1: Select your favorite MLB� team;

Step 2: Select up to a maximum of (7) MLB themed video clips (�video�) based on options provided with a minimum cumulative length of :25 seconds & a maximum length of :35 seconds in total duration;

Step 3: Chose (1) music track as a backdrop for video based on options provided;

Step 4: Customize selected video(s) by adding your audio voice over (�voice over�). With online Entry Page open, call & record voice over by phone. Start by saying �My name is, & I would be a...� & then complete voice over in :25 seconds or less. To begin, call toll free 1 (800) 828-4444 & enter the PIN number provided within online Entry Page. Follow prompts to record & save voice over. If lines are busy, please try again. Voice over will automatically upload to online Entry Page & messaging confirming successful upload will appear on screen;

Step 5: Click Preview on Entry Page, review & submit;

The video & voice over will collectively constitute your Contest entry (�Entry�). Recordings & voice over audio should not violate any right(s) of any third party or any law or ordinance & must not be defamatory, disparaging of businesses, products or otherwise, pornographic, inappropriate, or obscene, & may not include profanities, and/or depict Released Parties unfavorably as determined by Sponsor & any such Entries will be disqualified. Voice over portion of Entry must be entrant�s original, personal creation, in English & cannot have been previously submitted for entry, published or submitted for publication (written, recorded or otherwise). Modification of an existing work does not qualify as original. Duplicate and/or incomplete Entries are ineligible. Limit (5) original Entry per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used, during each day of the Contest Period. Additional Entries received from any person or e-mail address during any (1) day of the Contest Period will be void. By submitting an Entry, you will not automatically be entered in the Contest. Subject to & only after Sponsor�s review & approval, your Entry will be posted for consumer voting on www.mlb.com/dreams, as described below. Please allow approximately (48) hours for screening &, if applicable, posting following submission. All video posting details, including, but not limited to, posting time, subject to change at Sponsor�s sole discretion. Sponsor will not acknowledge any Entry and/or associated Entrant not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein & such Entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to remove from the Contest, at any time, any material and/or Entry, in whole or in part, that do not comply with these Official Rules. Released Parties are not liable in any way for any content provided by an entrant, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in such content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the review and/or use of such content.

Phase 2 Voting Period: Entries will be available for review via click through from www.mlb.com/dreams. Visitors can vote for & rate Entries on a 5-star rating system per the instructions provided. One (1) vote will be awarded each time an Entry is rated, regardless of rating awarded (collectively, �vote�). Rating results will not be a factor in Entry judging and/or winner selection for this Contest as described below. Consumer voting will begin on 7/16/07 & end on 9/30/07 (�Voting Period�). The Contest will be comprised of (11) weekly Voting Periods. Weekly Voting Periods will run Mondays through Sundays exclusively for Entries screened & posted during the immediately prior Entry Period. For example, voters during the Week 2 Voting Period, 7/23/07 � 7/29/07, will vote for those Entries submitted, screened & posted during Entry Period 2, 7/16/07 � 7/22/07. To vote:

Identify up to (10) Contest Entries that you feel best demonstrate the Contest theme;
Rate & vote a maximum total of (10) times per day per the instructions provided. You may vote for the same Entry or different Entries with a total limit of (10) votes per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used, during each day of the Voting Period. Additional votes received from any person during any (1) day of the Voting Period will be void.

Votes will be tallied by Sponsor or its designated representatives. The entrant with the most votes will be declared the applicable Weekly Finalist (subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of Entries, verification of eligibility, the terms of these Official Rules & Sponsor final approval in its sole discretion). In the event of a tie in any of the weekly Voting Periods, all such tied Entries will be judged by Sponsor or its designated representatives based on Overall Quality: 1 � 100 points. In the event of suspected extreme voting irregularities and/or inadequate Entry Quality, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the Finalist Prize winners. Finalists will be notified by P/S/T by e-mail, telephone, and/or mail. Finalists will be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release within (3) business days of receipt. Noncompliance with the foregoing or return of any mailed notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification & the identification of, & award to, a runner-up Finalist for that respective Entry Period.

Phase 3 Grand Prize Identification: Following Voting Period, the (11) Finalists Entries will be judged for a chance to win the Grand Prize described below. All previous votes received will be erased. Finalist Entries will be judged by a panel of judges (�judges�) designated solely by Sponsor & which will be supervised by P/S/T, an independent judging organization, based on the following procedure & criteria & the entrant with the highest total score will be declared the Grand Prize winner (subject to verification of eligibility & the terms of these Official Rules). Entries will be judged based on the following: 1) Relevance to Theme: 0-40 points; 2) Overall Delivery & Appeal: 0-30 points; & 3) Overall Quality: 0-30 points. In the event of a tie, all such tied Entries will be judged by Sponsor or its designated representatives based on Overall Quality: 0-100 points. Other than as specified above, the selection process & application of the above criteria will be at Sponsor�s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner will be selected by judges on/about 10/15/07 & will be notified by P/S/T by telephone and/or overnight mail. If Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, does not return a phone call or correspondence from P/S/T within 24 hours following attempted notification, or fails to comply with the verification process and/or eligibility requirements, that potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified as described below. If mailed notification is returned as undeliverable, a runner-up may be selected. Grand Prize guests (if a minor, their respective parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign & return a Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents.

II. Instant Win Voting Game:

How to Participate: Follow the Phase 2 Voting Period process described above. For each day of the Voting Period, (1) daily Instant Prize will be awarded. Instant Win Game is not skill-based. If you Vote & Rate a video at a randomly selected winning time (as determined by Sponsor) or if no one clicks �Vote & Rate Now� at such time & you are the first to do so thereafter (as determined by Sponsor), you are a potential daily Instant Prize winner. If you are a potential daily Instant Prize winner (prize award subject to verification of eligibility, winning participation verification & compliance with the terms of these Official Rules), you will instantly receive a message indicating the prize you may be eligible to win & you will be prompted to verify your contact information by completing the online prize claim redemption form. Prize claim redemption form must be completed immediately upon receiving on-screen request or prize will be forfeited & may be awarded in the 2nd Chance Drawing described below as determined by Sponsor. Incomplete prize claim redemption form submissions will not be processed. If you are not a winner, you will receive a message indicating that you have not won & can try again in accordance with the Official Rules. In the event the number of Instant Win messages issued exceeds the number of Instant Win Prizes listed in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to have P/S/T conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect & valid Instant Win message prize claimants to award the listed number of Instant Win Prizes. Only the published number of Instant Win Prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on exact date & corresponding time of your Vote & Rate participation as it relates to each Instant Win Prize. Limit (1) Instant Win Prize per person, immediate family or household. In the event that a potential Instant Win Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be forfeited & may be awar ed in 2nd Chance Drawing as determined by Sponsor.
2nd Chance Drawing: If necessary, a 2nd Chance Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T on or about 10/15/07 from among all registrations to award any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. The odds of winning the 2nd Chance Drawing depend on the total number of eligible registrants & total number of unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. 2nd Chance winners (if any) will be notified by P/S/T by e-mail, telephone and/or mail. Entry will be awarded & participation associated with the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which said registration form was submitted). Your submission of any information, registration, Entry, vote, prize claim or otherwise (collectively �Promotional Data�), constitutes your consent to participate in this Promotion & your consent for Sponsor, P/S/T and/or MLBAM to use & transfer your name, address & other information solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, incorrect, inaudible, garbled, or undelivered Promotional Data; Entry screening and/or postings; vote processing, tallies and/or failure to process votes; any error, omission, interruption in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications, general outages, or other causes; defects or delays in transmissions or communications; toll-free number and/or PIN distribution; telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Promotional Data; technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Promotional Data, the announcement of the winners; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; traffic congestion on the Internet or phone lines or any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant�s or any other person�s computer related to or resulting from Promotion participation; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing error; failures of electronicequipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Promotion, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any & all Entries of a participant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this Promotion via robotic, automatic entry and/or voting devices, programs such as, but not limited to, script, macro or any other automated means, or other unauthorized entry will void all such Entries and/or votes by such methods. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal & civil laws & should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and/or MLBAM reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Prizes: (11) Finalist Prizes/(1) Finalist Per Entry Period: (1) MLB� authentic jersey from each winner�s favorite team hand-signed by a player from that team (past or present) as designated solely by Sponsor (Maximum Approximate Retail Value �ARV�=$500). ARV of hand-signed jersey subject to fluctuation based on MLB� player featured & current market value at time of prize award.
