Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 4/30/07. Employees of MLB Advanced Media, L.P., ("MLBAM," or "MLB.com"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), Dial Brands Holding, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T"), & each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, & advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors & assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean MLBAM, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

How To Participate: Between 12:00:01PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/30/07 and 11:59:59PM ET on 6/1/07 ("Promotion Period"), visit www.MLB.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the "Submit" button. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from MLBAM and/or Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor, MLBAM and/or P/S/T by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes administration purposes only. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter. Limit one entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day. Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided such individual is eligible according to these rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, garbled, inaccurate, delayed or misdirected entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.mlb.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices as set forth above is prohibited and entries through such devices are void.

Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 6/8/07 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing shall be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 6/8/07. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

(1) Grand Prize: 4-day/3-night trip for winner and (1) one guest to the 2007 MLB All-Star Game in San Francisco, CA between 7/8/07 and 7/11/07 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence, one (1) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 3 nights, two (2) tickets to each of the following: 2007 All-Star Home Run Derby event, 2007 MLB.com All-Star Game Party (VIP Passes) & the 2007 MLB All-Star Game exhibition and ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel (Approximate Retail Value=$2,450). Grand Prize does not include tickets to All-Star Sunday, All-Star Workout Day, MLB All-Star FanFest, MLB All-Star Pre-Game Party, MLB All-Star Gala or any other event or exhibition during the 2007 Major League Baseball All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth herein. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner's city of departure and final flight itinerary. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within (100) miles of San Francisco, CA (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided for such prize portion; however, balance of prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Additional restrictions may also apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Minor guest (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor and/or MLBAM, as applicable. Major League Baseball game and event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable MLB Entities, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The Releases Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games or exhibitions.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided herein). Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs in connection with the prize. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (2) days of date of issuance of notification. Potential winner's traveling companion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor's sole discretion. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable time period, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries. Winner and his/her traveling companion agree to comply with all MLB and team stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of MLB game tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest(s), who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: (1) Released Parties and their designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide without limitation and without further compensation, permission or notification to Entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
