GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS: Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted. No entry submitted during one (1) Sweepstakes will constitute an eligible entry for any other Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes will be a separate sweepstakes and the outcome of any one (1) Sweepstakes will not affect the outcome of any other Sweepstakes. All entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/about_mlb_com/terms_of_use.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the Online Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete, inaccurate, unreadable and/or unintelligible entries are void and will be disqualified. Sweepstakes entrants may be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from MLB.com; and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant's chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information. All entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible. MLB.com's computer shall be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address and per person per Entry Period. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address during any Entry Period, only the first entry received from such person or email address will be considered for such Entry Period. Entries generated by a macro, script or other automated means will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email account utilized in the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential Winner (defined below) based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNER SELECTION: There are two (2) levels to each Sweepstakes. All eligible Final At Bat Prize Winners (defined below) will be eligible for the Opening Day Prize drawing (defined below).

A. Final At Bat Prize Winner Determination: Those eligible entrants whose randomly assigned Game Play correctly match the actual final hitter, final pitcher and Final Out Scenario of the applicable Selected World Series Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be winners of the Final At Prize (defined below) (the "Final At Bat Prize Winners"), subject to this subsection B. By way of example only, if an eligible entrant is randomly assigned "Cody Ross" as his hitter, "Neftali Feliz" as his pitcher and "strikeout swinging" as his Final Out Scenario, and the actual final out of that Selected World Series Game is a Cody Ross striking out swinging from a Neftali Feliz pitch, such an entrant will be a potential Final At Bat Prize Winner. No more than one hundred and ninety-four (194) Final At Bat Prizes (defined below) will be awarded for each Sweepstakes. If more than one hundred and ninety-four (194) eligible participants are eligible for the Final At Bat Prize (defined below) for any Sweepstakes, only one hundred and ninety-four (194) Final At Bat Prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entrants whose randomly assigned Game Plays correctly match the actual final hitter, final pitcher and final out of the applicable Selected World Series Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, for such Sweepstakes (however, all such eligible entrants will be eligible for the Opening Day Prize). Odds of winning a Final At Bat Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received whose Game Play correctly matches the actual final hitter, final pitcher and final out scenario of the Selected World Series Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

B. Opening Day Prize Winner Determination: Following the conclusion of each applicable Selected World Series Game, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner of the Opening Day Prize (the "Opening Day Prize Winner") by random drawing from among all eligible Final At Bat Winners. Odds of winning an Opening Day Prize depend on the total number of eligible Final At Bat Winners.

Second Chance Drawing(s) If, for any Sweepstakes, no entrant's randomly assigned Game Play correctly matches the actual final hitter, final pitcher and final out of the applicable Selected World Series Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, second chance drawings will be held to randomly select the Opening Day Prize and the Final At Bat Prizes. All eligible entrants who entered the applicable Sweepstakes during the applicable Entry Period will be eligible for the Second Chance Drawing(s), if needed. If Second Chance Drawing(s) are necessary, on or about November 15, 2010, one (1) potential Opening Day Prize Winner and up to one hundred and ninety-four (194) Final At Bat Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes at issue. The odds of winning a Prize in the Second Chance Drawing(s), if any, depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, each potential Winner (defined below) selected via the Second Chance Drawing(s) will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on Winners (defined below) as set forth herein.

The Opening Day Prize Winners and the Final At Bat Prize Winners will hereinafter be referred to each, as a "Winner", and collectively, the "Winners". The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Opening Day Prize and one (1) Final At Bat Prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES(Up to One Hundred Ninety-five (195) Prizes per Sweepstakes):

Opening Day Prizes (One (1) per Sweepstakes): Each Opening Day Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) 2011 MLB Opening Day game of the MLB Club of his/her choice (the "Opening Day Prize"). In the event that the 2011 MLB Opening Day game of the MLB Club selected by the Opening Day Prize Winner is scheduled to be played outside the Continental U.S. or Canada, the Opening Day Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the selected MLB Club's first 2011 MLB regular season game scheduled to be played at their home ballpark within the Continental U.S. or Canada.

Final At Bat Prizes (Up to one hundred ninety-four (194) per Sweepstakes): Final At Bat Prize Winners will each receive one (1) $25 MLB.com gift card.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Opening Day Prizes and the Final At Bat Prizes will hereinafter be referred to each as a "Prize", and collectively, the "Prizes". All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance, receipt and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting, receiving and/or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. MLB.com Shop gift cards are subject to certain terms, conditions and restrictions as specified by MLBAM. See http://mlb.com/giftcardterms/ for details. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Each Opening Day Prize Winner's companion(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable MLB Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as Opening Day Prizes will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each Opening Day Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the Opening Day Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Opening Day Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and prize will be forfeited, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any Prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

NOTE: ALL POTENTIAL WINNING GAME PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. SPONSOR SHALL SOLELY DETERMINE ANY FORM OF VERIFICATION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIBIGILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING GAME PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. A "SCREEN SHOT" IS NOT PROOF OR EVIDENCE OF A WINNING GAME PLAY AND/OR PRIZE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS, AFFIDAVITS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY GAME PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON MAY BE DEEMED BY SPONSOR TO BE A DEFECTIVE GAME PLAY THAT IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in any Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. By acceptance of Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage due or garbled entries, transmissions, e-mail or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor and/or its respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, State of New York.
