Prizes

Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except by MLBAM, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, taxes (including income taxes), meals, gratuities, souvenirs and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. NO PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED IF NO PARTICIPANT ACCUMULATES AT LEAST SIXTY (60) POINTS.

Perfect Prize

One (1) eligible participant, if any, to correctly predict every half-inning run total (18 total half innings plus extra inning totals, if any), and final AL and NL hit and error totals ("Perfect Prize"), as determined by MLBAM in its sole discretion, will win ten thousand dollars (US$10,000).

Grand Prize

If no participant correctly predicts every half-inning run total (18 total half innings plus extra inning totals, if any), and final AL and NL hit and error totals, the eligible participant with the most points will be the Grand Prize winner and will win two (2) tickets to the 2008 MLB All-Star game in New York, NY (the "Grand Prize") (Estimated retail price of Grand Prize: US$300).

NOTE: Grand Prize will only be awarded if (i) no eligible participant correctly predicts every half-inning run total (18 total half innings plus extra inning totals, if any), and final AL and NL hit and error totals, and (ii) an eligible participant accumulates at least sixty (60) points.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE 2008 MLB ALL-STAR GAME NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the 2008 MLB All-Star game shall be selected by MLBAM at its sole and absolute discretion. 2008 MLB All-Star Game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Grand Prize winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless traveling with a parent or guardian. Grand Prize does not include tickets to All-Star Sunday, Home Run Derby, All-Star Workout Day, MLB All-Star FanFest or any other event or exhibition during the 2008 MLB All-Star Week apart from the 2008 MLB All-Star Game. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. The MLB Entities and each of their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control, that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games or exhibitions.

Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie for any prize, tiebreakers will be used among the remaining tied participants in the following order:
1. Participant whose selection is closest to the total number of combined extra base hits by both the American and National League.
2. Participant whose selection is closest to the total number of combined strikeouts by both the American and National League.
3. MLBAM will administer a timed baseball trivia quiz, testing the tied participants' knowledge of Major League Baseball, until the tie is broken.
