State Farm Home Run Derby Challenge

GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except in MLBAM's sole and absolute discretion. MLBAM reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including, but not limited to, lodging, all transportation costs, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and all other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the MLBAM.

Grand Prize

The eligible participant with the most points greater than or equal to fifty (50) points will win two (2) tickets to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game to be played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim in Anaheim, Calif. (the "Grand Prize") (Estimated retail value of Grand Prize: US$300).

NOTE: GRAND PRIZE WILL ONLY BE AWARDED IF AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT ACCUMULATES AT LEAST FIFTY (50) POINTS.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE 2010 MLB ALL-STAR GAME NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the 2010 MLB All-Star Game shall be selected by MLBAM at its sole and absolute discretion. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Grand Prize winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize does not include tickets to All-Star Sunday, Home Run Derby, All-Star Workout Day, MLB All-Star FanFest or any other event or exhibition during the 2010 MLB All-Star Week apart from the 2010 MLB All-Star Game. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event the 2010 MLB All-Star Game is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The MLB Entities and each of their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie for any prize, tiebreakers will be used among the remaining tied participants in the following order:

1. Participant whose selection is closest to the total number of home runs hit in the first round, by all eight players combined;
2. Participant whose selection is closest to the total number of home runs hit in the entire Home Run Derby, by all eight players combined; and
3. MLBAM will administer a timed baseball trivia quiz, testing the tied participants' knowledge of Major League Baseball, until the tie is broken.
