To view MLB.TV games on a PlayStation system, you must have a PlayStation 3 or 4 system and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase a subscription to MLB.TV Premium, please click here.
To register your PlayStation 3 or 4 system for use with your MLB.TV Premium subscription, download the MLB.TV app from the PlayStation Store, which is listed under the PlayStation Network menu. You can access it by launching the PlayStation Store, within the store select "Apps" from the menu along the left side of the screen, then select "Sports." Choose the MLB.TV app and select to download it. The app is available at no charge. Let the download finish and then wait for the app to install. After the installation is complete you can launch the MLB.TV app from the "Video" menu on your PlayStation system.
After you have launched the MLB.TV app for the first time, you will be asked to enter your MLB.TV Premium login credentials in order to access live or archived games. Enter your credentials either by clicking on a live or archived game, or by clicking the "settings" tab. You can now access live and archived games via MLB.TV on your PlayStation system.
The MLB.TV app will launch to a listing of "Today's Games." You can go through this listing to select a game that you would like to watch.
When available, both the Home and Away feeds are listed. Once you select the feed that you would like to watch, if it is a live game, you can choose to watch it from the beginning of the game, resume from a point where you left off, or launch it to the current live action of the game. Archived games offer the "Beginning" and "Resume" options.
To select an archived game from an earlier date, press "Select." This will bring up a calendar view. In the calendar view, select any date you would like to watch, then select the game and feed from that date. At any time, you can press "Square" on your Playstation remote control to return to "Today's Games."
While viewing a game, press the "Square," "Triangle" and "X" button once to bring up the live event view. This view brings up the progress bar. Important plays with a brief description are shown, which you can scroll through using the "L1" and "R1" buttons on the PS3 remote control. Hitting the "Square" button twice will bring up a menu of video options including Select Feed, Select Audio, "Jump to Live," "Event Filtering," and "Help." "Select Feed" will allow you to select different video feeds of the game that you are watching, when available. "Select Audio" will allow you to select a radio audio feed of the game that you can listen to as you watch the TV Video coverage. "Jump to Live" will bring you back to the live action of the game.
"Event Filtering" will allow you to select from a listing of events that may occur in a game such as Home Runs, Stolen Bases, etc. You can then view these events in the progress bar.
If you are unable to view a game and see a message stating that you need to update your account information, go to the Payment Profile section of your account settings on MLB.com and enter the most current information.
While watching a live or archived game, you have the ability to skip to the next event by pressing the R1 button on your PlayStation remote. To go to a previous event press L1. "Help" will show a guide of what each button on the PlayStation controls within the MLB.TV app. You can also click triangle to access an on-screen menue anywhere in the app and access the "Games" tab, the "Calendar" tab, the "Stats and Standings" tab, and the "My Account" tab. The circle button will return you to any previous screen. Tapping down on the R3 button while watching a live or an archived game will bring up a carousel view of the events for that day. Use this feature to scroll through events and select other games from that day without exiting your video.
To quit the app at any time, simply press the "PlayStation" button your your control pad.
To view MLB.TV games on an Apple TV, you must first have a second generation or later (black) Apple TV and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase a subscription to MLB.TV Premium, please click here.
On your Apple TV, launch MLB.TV by selecting MLB.TV in the listing of apps on the home screen. If you are launching the MLB.TV app for the first time, go to "Settings" and select "Sign In". Then enter the email address registered to your MLB.TV Premium account and select "Submit". Next, enter the password for the account and select "Submit".
To launch a game in the MLB.TV app select "Today's Games".
In this menu you can use the up or down buttons to select a game from that day. Pressing left on the remote will bring a listing of the previous day's games. Pressing right on the remote will show the next day. Once you have highlighted the game that you would like to watch, press the select button in the middle of the remote to launch the game. If the game is live and you would like to start the game from the beginning, press the Play button on the remote.
While watching a game, you can select to skip ahead or back by Inning, Game Event, or Runs Scored. To toggle between these, press the down button on the remote while playing a game. You can see the option adjust in the control bar. To skip to the next or previous moment, press the right and left buttons.
Within the app you can also view games organized by team by selecting "Team by Team". Then select the team that you would like to watch. This will show a listing of that team's recent and upcoming games.
If you would like to prevent scores from appearing within the MLB.TV app, from the MLB.TV home screen, select "Settings", then choose "Scores", and select the option to "Hide Scores".
To view MLB.TV games on Roku, you must first have a Roku Player and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase a subscription to MLB.TV Premium, please click here.
To register your Roku Player for use with your MLB.TV subscription, go to your Roku Player's Home Screen and select the MLB.TV icon. If you do not see the MLB.TV Channel listed, you can download it by going to the Channel Store on your Roku Player. In the store select MLB.TV, and then click to "Add Channel". Select "Yes" to confirm that you would like to install the channel, then, once it has been added click "Go to Channel" or select the MLB.TV Channel from your list of channels on the home screen of your Roku Player.
After you have launched the MLB.TV Channel for the first time, you will be asked to sign in with your registered MLB.TV Premium Account. You can also click cancel and sign in at any other time in the "Settings" icon in the main screen of the MLB.TV channel.
To view a game after launching the MLB.TV Channel, select "Browse by team" or "Browse recent games". Pick any game available from either view by clicking "OK" on your Roku remote.
Most games offer MLB.TV Premium subscribers the option of watching a Home or Away feed. If you select a live or archived game, you will see a message giving you the option to start the stream from the beginning of the game, or to "Jump to Inning." Additionally, for live games in progress, you will be given the option to join the live stream.
Remember, all live games are subject to local and national blackout restrictions. Click here for more information and to determine which teams are blacked out from live game viewing in your area. If you receive a message that you are unable to view your selected game due to blackout restrictions, remember that MLB.com Gameday Audio is a part of every MLB.TV subscription accessible via your computer, and is not subject to blackouts. For Samsung device models from 2013 and later: After you've launched the MLB.TV application, you must link your Samsung device to your MLB.TV registered account. You can do this by either selecting a game from the "Today's Games" view, or by proceeding to the "Settings" tab on the top right of your screen.
Click on "Sign In" and a virtual keyboard will open. Enter the values for your MLB.com registered email address and password using the directional navigation controls on your Samsung remote. After entering these values, select "Login" and your game will launch. You can unlink your account or relink to a different user account at any time. In the "Settings" view you can also hide spoilers by selecting "Hide Score." You also have the option to set your favorite teams in this view, which will make them appear on the top left of the listing in the "Today's Games" page.
You can now access live and archived MLB.TV games on your device. The MLB.TV application will show a listing of scheduled games by day here:
To select a live or an archived game, proceed to the game calendar and select any date. Clicking on any date will open the day view with each available game listed. Hover over the game you wish to select, and pick from the available streams: National, Away, and Home video.
While viewing a live game, you can use the Samsung remote controller to play and pause. While viewing an archived game, you can use the remote to skip ahead, rewind, and pause the game.
For Samsung device models from 2012 and earlier: In order to watch MLB.TV on your Samsung TV or Blu-ray Disc Player, launch the MLB.TV application within the device, click the "link device" button, and follow the associated prompts. Your Samsung device will then provide you with an activation code.
On your computer, go to www.mlb.com/Samsung and click the "Current Subscribers: Activate Your Samsung TV or Blu-ray Disc Player" button. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to enter your MLB.com account email address and password. You will then be prompted to enter the activation code and click "Activate". Upon successfully entering the code, your Samsung device will automatically link with your MLB.TV Premium subscription within about one minute. Once you complete this one-time linking process, you can enjoy live or archived baseball on your Samsung device.
After launching MLB.TV within your Samsung device, you will see the listing of games for that day. Live and archived games are available.
Select the game that you would like to watch. After choosing a game, you will have the option of selecting the Home or Away feed when available.

To register your LG device for use with your MLB.TV Premium subscription, select the MLB.TV option in the NetCast menu and press Enter. At the MLB.TV welcome screen select Link Device and press Enter. You will then be given an Activation Code.
On your computer, go to http://mlb.mlb.com/lg and click on the button to the bottom left of the grid which says "Current Subscribers Activate Your LG Devices". In the following screen, enter the activation code from your LG device and click on the Activate button.
The LG device will automatically update itself after you have entered your valid activation code and we successfully link your MLB.TV Premium account to your LG device. This verification process takes about a minute to show on your screen. Now you should be able to access live and archived games via MLB.TV on your LG device.
From the Today's Games or Calendar menus you can select a game to view. When you have highlighted a game you can press Enter to watch it or the Red Button to display game information.

To register your Panasonic VIERA HD Television or Panasonic Blu-ray Disc Player for use with your MLB.TV Premium subscription, from the VIERA Connect home screen press the down arrow key to highlight "More" and press the OK button on your remote to navigate through the pages of available applications. When you see the MLB.TV icon, use the arrow keys to navigate to it and press OK.
After you've launched the MLB.TV application, you must link your Panasonic device to your MLB.TV registered account. You can do this by either selecting a game from the "Today's Games" view, or by proceeding to the "Settings" tab on the top right of your screen.
Click on "Sign In" and a virtual keyboard will open. Enter the values for your MLB.com registered email address and password using the directional navigation controls on your Panasonic remote. After entering these values, select "Login" and your game will launch. You can unlink your account or relink to a different user account at any time. In the "Settings" view you can also hide spoilers by selecting "Hide Score." You also have the option to set your favorite teams in this view, which will make them appear on the top left of the listing in the "Today's Games" page.
You can now access live and archived MLB.TV games on your device. The MLB.TV application will show a listing of scheduled games by day here:
To select a live or an archived game, proceed to the game calendar and select any date. Clicking any date will open the day view with each available game listed. Hover over the game you wish to select, and pick from the available streams: National, Away, and Home video.
While viewing a live game, you can use the Panasonic remote controller to play and pause. The "Return" button will get you back to the calendar page. While viewing an archived game, you can use the Panasonic remote to skip ahead, rewind, and pause the game. To exit back to the calendar screen, click the "Return" button on your remote controller.
To view MLB.TV games on the Xbox 360, you must first have an Xbox 360 with an Xbox Live Gold or Silver subscription, and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase a subscription to MLB.TV Premium, please click here.
To register your Xbox 360 for use with your MLB.TV Premium subscription, download the MLB.TV app from the Apps Marketplace, which is listed under the "Apps" menu. Within the Apps Marketplace, select "All Apps", and browse for "MLB.TV". Choose and download the MLB.TV app. The app is available at no charge.
After the installation is complete you can launch the MLB.TV app from the "Apps" menu under "My Apps" on your Xbox 360. From this tab, click "I have a Subscription," you will then be prompted to enter your registered MLB.com address.
Enter your subscription information using the online keyboard, then click "Sign In" to link your account. After this is completed you are logged in and can access any live or archived game that is available. You can unlink or link to a different MLB.com account at any time.
The MLB.TV app is available on supported devices in the following countries. Outside of these countries, the device will not offer the MLB.TV app. Please see the device specific FAQ for information on which models are supported and how to configure MLB.TV on the device.

To view MLB.TV games on a WD TV, you must first have a WD TV Live (Gen. 3) or WD TV Live Hub and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase a subscription to MLB.TV Premium, please click here.
To register your WD TV for use with your MLB.TV Premium subscription, go to "Services" and select MLB.TV. The app is available at no charge. If you do not see MLB.TV listed, upgrade your devices firmware, and then check Services again. After launching the MLB.TV app you will see a listing of Today's games along with Calendar, Standings, Daily Recap, and Settings options on the left side of the screen.
Select "Settings", in the following menu choose "Link Account". In the next screen select "Link Now", you will be given a code to enter at mlb.tv/wdtv. From your computer, go to that page and click on the link that says, "Activate your WD TV". If you are not already logged in to MLB.com, sign in to the MLB.com account that is linked to your MLB.TV Premium subscription. You will then be asked to enter the code that appears on your WD TV to register it to your account.
The WD TV will automatically update itself after you have entered a valid activation code and we successfully link your MLB.TV Premium account to the WD TV. This verification process takes about a minute to show on your WD TV screen. You can now access live and archived games via MLB.TV on your WD TV.
To watch a game from the MLB.TV Home screen either select a game that you would like to watch from the Today's Games listing, or choose Calendar to view a game from an earlier date.
In the Calendar, navigate to the date of the game that you would like to watch. Select the date, and then select the game. Once you have selected the game you will have the option to view the Home or Away feed of the game (where available). If you select a live game, you will also have the choice to watch the game from the beginning or view from the live action. If you select an archive, you can choose to watch the game from the beginning or jump to an inning.
While watching a game you can switch between the Home and Away feed (where available) by choosing "Select Feed" and then pick the feed that you would like to watch. You can also select a half inning to view the game from in the "Jump to an Inning" option. During a live game, if at any point you would like to return to the live action you can do so by selecting "Jump to Live".
If you would like to hear radio audio coverage with the TV broadcast, press the "Options" button on the remote control. From the list of options select "Sound Effect". This will give you the choice of "TV Channel", "Radio Station", and "Audience Background Noise" as audio options.
If you would like to prevent scores from appearing within the app, from the MLB.TV Home screen choose "Settings", then select "Hide Scores".

To view MLB.TV games on the Windows 8 Web Application, you must have the Windows 8 operating system installed on your device, and be an MLB.TV or MLB.TV Premium subscriber. To purchase an MLB.TV or MLB.TV Premium subscription, please click here.
To download the Windows 8 app just click here, or enter the Windows 8 "Start" screen. Please proceed to the "Store" tile, than locate the "Sports" apps.
MLB.TV should be under the "Free App" heading in the "Sports" category. Simply click on the MLB.TV icon and select "Install." You will have to link to your existing Microsoft account, or create a new Microsoft account.
After installing your app, you can exit the App store by moving your curser to the left side of the screen, (or by pressing the Windows key).
The MLB.TV application is automatically pinned to your "Start" screen after downloading. Click on the MLB.TV tile to launch the app.
The application opens into a view of the most recently played games. You can select any live or archived game to receive a registration or sign-in prompt.
You can also access the sign-in prompt by scrolling to the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and opening the Windows 8 display. From there, you can under "Settings" sign in or register for MLB.TV.
The window that opens will ask you to either sign in with your MLB.TV Account, or to register for an MLB.TV subscription. If you select "Login" you simply log-in with your MLB.TV registered email address. To purchase, just click "Register" and be redirected to MLB.com to purchase a subscription.
Once you have linked your account, you will get a "SIGN IN SUCCESSFUL" confirmation window. Simply click "OK" and enjoy any game, live or archived.
You can now access live and archived MLB.TV games using the Windows 8 application. The MLB.tv application will launch to a listing of games. Additionally, by scrolling to the calendar icon next to the date, you can select from previous game dates.
After clicking on a live or archived game, a game video stream will immediately launch. Additionally, on the sidebar of this view you can still select from a column of other games played on the same calendar date.
By doing a right-click a video controls menu will open. The options are "Back 10s," "Ahead 10s," "Live," "Choose Broadcast," and "Full Screen."
Selecting "Choose Broadcast" will prompt a window with your viewing options. When available, you can choose to listen to national, home and away video and audio feeds, as well as alternate audio feeds.
Access "Settings" by scrolling all the way to the right of your screen. In the sub-heading "Preferences," (the gear icon) you have the option to Hide/Show Scores; turn on or off Closed Captioning, or "Warn about metered connection." You can also select your favorite team.
In the "My Account" sub-heading, you can un-link your MLB.TV account, or link to another account.
To view MLB.TV games on Sony TV and Blu-ray devices, you must have a supported Sony device, and be an MLB.TV premium subscriber.

Before you can access MLB.TV games on your Sony device, you must first register your account online at MLB.com and purchase the MLB.TV Premium package. To access this page, please click here.
To launch your application, navigate to the "Video" icon. From there you can access and launch the MLB.TV application.

To View MLB.TV games on TiVo, you must have a supported TiVo device and be an MLB.TV Premium subscriber.
The MLB.TV application on TiVo is only available in the US. The following TiVo device models support the MLB.TV app: TiVo Series4, TiVo Series5 (Roamio), and TiVo Mini
You can find the MLB.TV app within your TiVo's "Find TV, Movies, & Videos" heading in the "TiVo Central" main menu. Navigate to the MLB.TV app under this heading using the directional arrows and "select" buttons on your TiVo remote control.
Before you can access MLB.TV games on your TiVo device, you must first register your account online at mlb.com/TiVo and purchase the MLB.TV Premium package. To access the MLB.TV subscription page, please click here.
When first accessing the MLB.TV application on your TiVo, you will be prompted to link your MLB.TV account to your TiVo device. You can proceed to link immediately, or just continue on to the MLB.TV app's menu screen. You can always link and unlink your account in the "Options" menu at any point.
If you click "Link" an activation code will pop up. To link your MLB.TV premuim account, simply go to mlb.com/TiVo and click "Activate" on the upper right hand side of the screen. Log-in with your registered MLB.TV email address, and follow the prompts to enter your TiVo's activation code.
After your device activation code is entered on MLB.com, your TiVo will automatically be linked to your MLB.TV Premium account. You will not have to enter anything further into your TiVo. After a few moments, an "Account Linked" message will be displayed on your TiVo's screen. The "Options" tab will then launch on your TiVo. Here you can personalize your settings. Options include show or hide all scores, automatically join streams in progress, or join streams from the start of the broadcast. You also will have the option to turn on or off closed captioning. As an added feature, any current live game will be viewable in a window on the top right hand corner of the screen while you are navigating through the menu
By scrolling left to the headings bar on your Tivo, you can select from any tab on the menu. Feel free to check on your favorite team's current place in the "Standings" tab...
Moving up the menu tabs, you can click on the "Calendar" tab or the "Today's Games" tab. From either tab you can access the most recent live or archived games that are available.
Use the directional arrows on your TiVo remote controller to select from any available live or archived game on the page. To access older archived games, navigate down to the "Calendar" tab. From here you can access any date with regular season games available. You can exit this screen and return to the menu tabs by pressing the left directional arrow button on your TiVo remote control.
After selecting an archived or live game to view, a window opens prompting you to select from either the home or away video broadcasts. It will also ask to join the stream from the beginning of the broadcast, or go straight to "Live" action. In-game controls featured are skip ahead, pause, and rewind using the command buttons on your TiVo remote controller.
By clicking on the "Info" button on your TiVo remote while in live or archived game view, you can also access "Jump to Inning," "Video Feed" (to change to the home or away broadcast) and the "Closed Captions" controls.
Please keep in mind that all live games are subject to local and national blackout restrictions. Click here for more information and to determine which teams are blacked out from live game viewing in your area. If you receive a message that you are unable to view your selected game due to blackout restrictions, remember that MLB.com Gameday Audio is a part of every MLB.TV subscription accessible via your computer, and is not subject to blackouts. Games subject to blackouts in your area will be available as archived games approximately 90 minutes after the completion of a game.
To listen to live MLB.com Gameday Audio on Sonos Beta software, you must have a Sonos device, be registered for the "Sonos Open Beta Program," have a supported computer, tablet or mobile device, and be an MLB.TV, MLB.com At Bat, or MLB.com Gameday Audio subscriber. You can review the Sonos system requirements here. Additionally, for MLB.com Gameday Audio streaming, a dedicated bandwidth of 512 kbps is required. The Sonos desktop application is available for both Mac and PC operating systems. Visit the Sonos support site to download the application here.
MLB.com Gameday Audio on Sonos requires the latest Sonos beta software. You can acquire this at the "Sonos Beta" section of the Sonos website by clicking here and logging in with the email address registered to your Sonos system. Select the Sonos Software Open Beta program and follow the instructions to join the program. Once the program has been activated, please read all program notes and follow the instructions to update your Sonos. Click here for more information about updating your Sonos.
You also will need to have "Usage Data Sharing" enabled from within the Sonos Desktop Controller preferences. Click "Sonos" (on Mac) or "Manage" (on PC) then select preferences. Click "Advanced" along the left hand side and the select the usage tab. Check the box to turn on "Useage Data Sharing."
After updating to Sonos 4.2 Software, click Manage>Service Settings on the Sonos Desktop controller.
In the next window select Visit Sonos Labs button.
Select MLB.com Gameday Audio Beta from the list and click "Next."
Select "I already have an account" and click "Next."
You will need an active MLB.com Gameday Audio or MLB.TV subscription to use this service with Sonos. To sign up for MLB.com Gameday Audio click here. Add your username and password and then click "Next." The service is now setup on Sonos.
Once your account had been added to Sonos, you should see "MLB.com Gameday Audio Beta" listed on the music menu of the Sonos controller. Select "MLB Gameday Audio Beta" to view the upcoming or currently streaming games.
Select the live game you wish to listen to by clicking on any game in the Sonos interface. Live games will have home and away English broadcasts along with any available Spanish broadcasts. Click on a feed to begin listening to the game on your Sonos device. To navigate through playlists on the app, use the arrow buttons in the right hand column. You can select from the MLB.com Gameday Audio playlist by game and then by home or away English or Spanish streams. You can back out of the main menu at any point without affecting playback.
After selecting a game stream, playback will begin. To toggle through game streams, just click on the team icons on the right. The game feed selected will be displayed under "On Now."
On the left hand side of your application you can send any stream you would like to each Sonos device that you manage. So for instance, you could listen to the home station on one device, and the visit station on another device simultaneously. You also have the option at the bottom of the left column to pause the streams on all devices when necessary.
